Arby's — Restaurant in Holland

I'm not sure anyone we met today cares about their job or maybe the training is extremely lacking due to the issues with employment.

No one was coming out to the lobby to tidy up and this was during a slow time

The sauces dispensers at the counter for ketchup, horsey sauce, and honey mustard were all out.

We received a Reuben that wasn't warmed up and and wasn't toasted properly. On top of that it wasn't cut all the way through. The person making the sandwiches seemed to still be learning, which happens of course. We had the sandwich remade and I heard the person making the sandwich struggling. (I've been there). The new sandwich was properly toasted but again not cut all the way through and the center was cold again. Management should take a look at the preportioning and how the ingredients are layed out. Maybe their piled up instead of properly distributed.

The brisket sandwich seemed like the portion of meat was about half what it should be.

As someone who used to work at Arby's I get how stressful it can be but no one...

i’ve been going to arby’s for so long! i rarely come to this location due to distance, but i was in the area and went through drive-thru. i work in customer/food-service so im pretty patient. but my cashier was so rude :( when ordering a meal, she didn’t ask any details about my meal. i pulled forward to pay and she handed me a drink. she never asked what i wanted so i just assumed i wasn’t getting the meal. i asked about the drink and she proceeded to give me a nasty look and said it was just coke! i’ve been laying off caffeine, and she never asked what i wanted! on top of that, i ordered a beef and cheddar, sub cheddar for swiss. i got a slice of swiss in a separate bag!! wasn’t even bothered to put it on the sandwich :( it tasted fine, but the lady with strawberry blonde hair and pale skin working register was so rude and...

The general manager of the store is very rude and is not customer service friendly at all! I believe her name was Brenda But I did not get the time to get to know her because of how unprofessional and very very rude she was to me and my dad and our sandwiches were smooshed and sloppy.. again she was very rude. Eye rolling very short short, tempered like anything I would’ve asked set her off very aggressive and rude… this was on a Monday 2/6/2023 and then I came here today on5/26/24 i’m very disappointed now they’re adding charges extra for ordering online commodities like their cheese and their Arby sauce on their sandwiches very disappointed so instead of being for something out the door, it’s almost 6 something out the door for a regular sandwich now I do not recommend...
