We went through the Taco Bell drive thru with my family tonight. We ordered $17 worth of food. Got home to eat. Both of my vegetarian items were wrong. I bit in to a mouthful of beef. The second item which was supposed to be substituted with bean was only packed full of rice. I called them to tell them my order was completely wrong and now I do not have dinner to eat. I live in Glenn so Iâm 20 minutes away. The âmanager Sarahâ did not apologize but told me to come back when I told her I live far away she said I can send you a coupon for 1 item I said thatâs not really acceptable. No apology or anything. She then hung up on me so I called back and said I used to work at Taco Bell and this isnât how we treated customers she then said to me âoh yeah, you used to work here then why donât you come make your own food.â And hung up on me again. I'm not in favor of taking my time and holding up the line while I search the menu for...

I understand that portion control is important, but half a container feels skimpy, especially for the price. It doesn't make me feel like I'm getting my money's worth, and it definitely doesn't satisfy my cheese cravings.
Overall, the food was good, the service was fast and friendly, but the lack of cheese left me feeling a bit cheated. I'll still visit Taco Bell again, but I'll be sure to keep a close eye on that cheese...
