This is a nice family owned restaurant. The wife is often at the front desk and the husband is in the back cooking. They are both delightful and very welcoming. Absolutely gorgeous birria. I highly recommend the quesabirria. You can't go wrong with it. To drink, try the jamaica. Its a tea made from hibiscus đș flowers. It tastes like fruit punch with extra cherry juice. đ Dip the tacos đź in the consomme, it's a sublime experience. Don't dress up too nice, it's full contact eating. You can drink the consomme after the tacos are done. Use the spoon if you want but I drink it right from the bowl. There are bits of meat in there too, don't let them go to waste. Bring your kids. They have a TV and will put bluey or peppa pig on for them. If the music is too loud, don't be afraid to ask them to turn it down, they are so nice about it. The birria is really that good.    Read moreWe stopped in unexpectedly after looking over an enclosed trailer for sale nearby. The store front is modest but once you get a closer look at the art on the glass entryway it has every indication of truly authentic and unique mexican quisine! My girlfriend and I are convinced divine intervention lead us to experience the delicious menu Birria Boyz had to offer. The PizzaBirria was Flat Out Fantastic! The area was spacious with plenty of room, capable of accommodating large families. Even doting a vintage arcade style classic analog game! The restaurant was spotless. The staff was attentive, thoughtful and friendly. And last but not least, dinner was outstanding, unique and delicious! Anyone who travels on Washington Ave in Holland should stop and experience the excellence...
Read moreI never want to dash anybodyâs hopes or dreams about restaurant ownership, but these guys are not ready yet to open the business they are running. There is absolutely inappropriate signage out front. I passed the restaurant three times before I was able to find it. I believe they are renting part of a Masonic temple and even when you do pull in the right driveway, youâre not 100% sure where youâre going to park. Theyâre saving grace, is that the food was good and the sauce was exceptional. I canât stress enough that the inappropriate/lack of signage is completely unworkable. They said that the city would not let them put anything on the street, but there is nothing on this building to let you know it...
