I ordered the the jumbo meal deal on the app which came with two jumbo jacks, two medium curly fries, an order of tiny Tacos, and mini churros. We checked the bag once we got it and I noticed that we were missing the tiny Tacos and mini churros. We thought it was an honest mistake so we asked the people working if we could fix the order. We were met with nothing but rudeness from (I think) the manager at the time as we were told we were wrong despite showing her the order on the app. We then asked for a refund and she said that she can't do anything about it and to contact customer service instead while handing us another receipt of our order and Walking away before we could say anything else. This was honestly the worst service I've ever had anywhere and I can only hope that I get my money back for the attitude that was received, the time that was wasted, as well as, the money that was lost. We went there at 6:30 on 11-15-24....
Read moreI have no problem with the food , however i didn’t appreciate the person at the drive through window handed me my change telling me after putting my hand out to get it and not prepared to be handed a bunch of change, it all fell to the ground she said “sorry I ran out of dollar bills” then closed the window, I had to get out of my car to gather up all the change realizing it was a dollar short and with a car behind me I went back around to the drive through to get the rest off the ground , just as I get there a girl was there sweeping up the drive through and walked away , I can’t prove she was there to pick up my Change but where did the rest go ? Please tell your staff to prepare the customer if they are handing them a hand full of change in my case it was $3 in quarters, nickels and dimes and only found $2 of it , if I drive up to the window again and see her there I will refuse to give her my money, I’ll ask for...
Read moreMy potato wedges were cold and soggy and the people at the counter told me they had just come out. Lol. They were soggy and COLD. bs. The guys at night are so angry all of the time. I'm glad I asked him to remake them because the first ones were cold and super soft. I feel what happened is maybe they had been sitting there as a misfire and they resold them to me. Because the second I sent the order in the app I walked in the door and they were ready. Those were already made and then they had the balls to tell me that they had just made them. No they did not, and then I was feeling like a big piece of s* because they were obviously put out and mad that they had to remake them. $5 for one handful of potato wedges better be better than that. The new ones were fantastic but it makes me mad that I had to feel bad to ask him to make them again. I'll stick with the day crew....
