Taqueria y Birrieria Amigos & Beer — Restaurant in Hollister

Rude service, gave attitude because I said I didn't speak Spanish. They refused to try to accommodate and said no one working speaks any English. I tried to order in Spanish the best I could, but was only met with attitude. Then me and my family were treated differently then anyone else in the restaurant. As example, everyone dinning in received chips and I had to go and ask for them just for them to tell me I had to wait when I seen staff standing there doing nothing and chips right behind them, enough for at least 5+ tables. Food was hot, but very mid, considering the horrible customer service I would suggest to go to another place in hollister with better food and way better...

Delicious innovative Mexican cuisine. The Food is delicious and at a good price point. The tacos are really good full of flavor. Big salsa bar with plenty of options to pick from varying from non-spicy to spicy. The Birria has definitely improved as I get it often. The broth is full of flavor and the meat is nice and tender. Honestly, the first time I went, as a customer, I expected to receive what was listed on the menu. If something was out, like guacamole, I expect to be notified. The food had great flavor the first time. The second time, it was much greasier, saltier, and again, things were missing from the menu's description. Maybe it was a different cook.
