Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hollister

The pizza is just like any other little Caesar's, nothing fancy. But since this is the only little Caesar's in Hollister, they are really busy (or the workers are just very slow) after 4pm. You will always have to wait at least 20 mins for the hot and ready pizza (plus the wait to order); I would almost guarantee it. Your best bet is to call it in and then pick it up (still a wait at the store to pay and pick up). The store front is small so the line is typically out the door after 4pm. Keep this in mind if it is cold or raining. And they usually only have 1 cashier and that 1 person takes the order, answers the phone, and gets your pizza order ready (hence the reason why the line is out the door). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I tried using my giftcard but their pin pad wouldn't work, so I just gave them cash, but was short $3. So I was going to pay the rest on credit card, but they were having issues because the pin pad wasn't working for the card either. And they won't take anything above a $20, and I only had a $50 bill. After standing at the register for 20 minutes, a guy behind me paid the rest for me in cash. I waited in the store for almost 40 minutes just to get a not fully cooked pizza. The crust was still a little raw at the bottom. There were 8 people behind me and they all left and got their pizza before I even finished my order. As someone who has worked as a manager of food industry, I was unimpressed with how they ran the store. This location really needs help. They are failing at customer service. The wait times have been ridiculous. About a month ago, I went in to order & there was 1 customer infront of me. No one was at the register. About 2 people in the back making pizzas.They clearly saw that there was a line forming, but yet no one came out to acknowledge us. Waited almost 10 mins for someone to come in the front. After the person in front of me picked up their pizza, the worker then returned to the back making pizzas without acknowledging the rest of us or even taking my order. I'm a pretty patient person, but after another 10 mins, I left.
