I ordered through Uber eats and chose to pick up my food personally. Upon arrival I was greeted by Josh. I was told that everything was in order and I was good to go. Upon getting the food home I called the location and spoke to Josh about the issues with the food. Missing items and the quality of the food as well. I was told that I would have to take up the issues with Uber eats. I thought about it and I called Josh back and explained the situation was clearly the stores fault. We came to an agreement that I could come to eat at the restaurant and agreed with the price for replacement for the $76.54 I had spent. So low and behold I went to the restaurant and received a warm welcome from Pauline the manager and seated ourselves. We ordered our food and drinks and waited patiently. The place was all but empty of a couple of tables and the rest of the employees were standing around talking. We got served and right away problem. I ordered the sampler brisket, ribs, white meat chicken, sliced turkey, pork and chopped pork, mashed potatoes with gravy garlic toast and coleslaw. The chicken was dark meat and I pointed it out and it was replaced. The diet Coke was flat and tasted nasty and the food was just as disappointing. The waiter asked about the food and I explained to him and his response was (that's unfortunate) . Nothing about getting a manager or anything else like can I fix it for you with something else. Just another plate of disappointment. After the conversation with the waiter I was hoping the manager would appear but nope. So I encourage you to be aware of this location and the practice of the way they treat you and your food. For the money spent and the time invested it's definitely a lot to be desired. Times are tough for lots of people that work very hard to just be able to go out to eat. Why do some stores treat patrons like garbage and not with due respect. If it was Pauline coming to my store I'd personally take pride and do the best I could to resolve any and all issues with anyone that comes to dine. Sadly Pauline chose to ignore the entire conversation with the...

The pulled pork tasted like it came straight out of a can—cold, mushy, and absolutely nothing like BBQ. To make matters worse, there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant, yet it still took 30 minutes for them to serve me cold pork. That should’ve been the first red flag—an empty dining room at mealtime speaks volumes.
Service was terrible; staff couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones, and the cook with long curly hair wasn’t even wearing a hairnet. The restaurant itself was disgusting. The bathroom reeked of urine and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.
The beans were bland (though hot), and when I ordered a sweet potato, they were out. I asked for a loaded baked potato instead, the server said okay—but then brought me a plain potato with butter. When I questioned it, she told me they don’t even offer loaded potatoes. That could’ve been clarified upfront instead of wasting my time and money.
I spent $36 just to throw everything in the trash. I was born in Texas, grew up in Florida, and lived in Tennessee for ten years—I know what real BBQ is supposed to be. This wasn’t BBQ. This was slop I wouldn’t feed to pigs.
Avoid this place at all costs. The food isn’t properly temperature-checked, the service is lazy, the cleanliness is unacceptable, and I honestly don’t know how they pass health inspections. If you value your stomach and your money, don’t even think about walking...
Read moreDining room was far too hot, even sitting underneath the ceiling fan we were sweating and trying to eat quickly. It was cooler than outdoors, but just barely and really uncomfortable for dining. I hope it was just an A/C problem that is being fixed. Atmosphere would get a much better rating if I wasn't sweating trying to eat my meal.
Service was superb! Left us alone, but was always there to check on us too. Excellent intuition on the part of our server, I didn't write down her name, but we were there around 4pm on July 3rd, 2024!!!
You need to like chopped Carolina VINEGAR flavored BBQ. The menu called it pulled-pork, but it was most definitely chopped, not pulled. I prefer fork-pulled pitt cooked pork with a tomato based sweet & hot-spicy BBQ sauce, so this Carolina vinegar was not for me. Loved the fries, hot and crispy crinkle fries. I am very picky with coleslaw, I hate mayonnaise, but this slaw was seasoned perfectly tasty and not gloppy...
