Dunkin' — Restaurant in Holly Springs

This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced. Every single time I've gone here over the last month, I've left before even getting to the counter. This location is horribly mismanaged, or the employees just do not care. I sometimes leave my house 15 to 20 minutes early to stop here and get breakfast. When I go through the drive thru, there are often no more than three or four cars in line. I order, then sit motionless for literally 15 minutes. I usually just end up getting out of line to go to work. It's honestly outrageous that I have to leave because I'll be late for work, because I work literally less than two minutes from this place. Ordering inside is the same story. Just now, I go in, granted, there is a line, but we stood there without advancing in line for ten minutes when I decide to leave. Absolutely horrible experience every single time I go here. Id probably have a quicker breakfast at the eggs up grill across the road. Only giving two stars instead of one because the donuts are usually good.

Are you looking to take your kids to a live action sequence based on a hit animated movie??? Look no further, this Dunkin is a scene straight out of the animated movie "Zootopia" starting Jason Bateman.

Watch as the the sloth like employees meander around the kitchen area of the business while failing to accomplish any customers task within a reasonable and timely manner.

Bring snacks for the kids though as this Dunkin is likely out of the foods/donuts you try to order.

Talk about a downward slide, this place was great when it first opened, super clean, staff was fast paced and polite, now it's absolute garbage.

The picture below shows what I am explaining. I stopped in at around 11:15 am ordered a $5 meal deal. When I received my wraps they were covered in black Grizzle of some kind. As you can see from the photo, that is not black pepper. The kid who served them looked like he coukd care less, there were 3 people working and none of the girls prepared the food. I dont want to get anyone in trouble, but having an employee who does the bare minimum is a reason to have that employee anymore. These young people need to learn that when youre at work you are required to perform to the best of your abilities, especially in service industry jobs.
