I have been in the restaurant food supply business for 40 years and know exceptional food when I taste it. I only had the ribs and collard greens today but it was the first time here. The collards were like nothing I had ever tasted. Not greasy or bitter and very tender. The ribs did not need sauce they were so good. First of all, the customer service is pleasant and welcoming. I love the fact that they will not let you leave until you actually taste the food, which means they want to ensure that you are satisfied before you leave.
