I really use to love this place until today.I ordered a chicken nugget meal in the drive-through. The chicken nuggets was dry I took them back inside and said please make fresh chicken nuggets because they are old. A short lady with black hair proceeded to scream at me because she stated none of the food there is old. She also stated she hates when people come in and says the food is old. She started yelling at me I asked for the manager she says she was the manager. I could not believe it because most managers de-escalate the situation not escalate a situation and her staff stood back and watched her yell in Spanish. I told her I want my money back she gave me half of my money back. I told her she needs to give me all my money back she stated that I ate the french fries when I brought the french fries inside she still said she would not give me my money back at that point I explain to her if she do not give me my money back it will be trouble she still continue to walk around screaming and yelling this lady is not even in the Category of professional. At one point I had to look around to see if I was in a McDonald’s franchise or a mom and pops restaurant and she was the owner. No offense to moms and pops restaurant because I have received good good service in those type of restaurants. As for this McDonald’s I would never ever spend another penny in that place I was humiliated and embarrassed by her actions. I also called corporate this Lady should not be working with the public she needs to keep her issues at home she does not set an example for her staff. I am now reading some of the reviews and I see why the staff is rude because the managers are rude. No good examples to follow. Read moreI must have come on a bad day for the crew of this store. It started with the young lady behind the register. She was utterly uninterested and Performing her job. She walked and proceeded to do what she needed to do at a minimum pace. She would walk away for 5 minutes at a time pretending to do something fulfilling an order. And would disregard any attempts from people at the counter to get her attention on purpose. Very frustrating to have people like that in a food service industry! I received my food after waiting what felt like an eternity over 10 minutes after ordering. My order was incorrect and I had to return it and wait for it to get done again. After waiting and receiving my food they forgot to provide me a cup of water that I have requested. I went to the counter to ask for the cup of water and waited over 10 minutes to get the attention of the worst employee I've ever seen McDonald's have. Finally got her attention to please give me a cup she went over pull the cup out and turned around and continue to fulfill another order leaving me standing there at the counter. Out of utter frustration and dying of thirst I took one step forward and asked her to hand me the cup she handed me the cup and then the manager who miraculously now is able to see what's going on when before was utterly oblivious to people at the counter starts to yell at me that I am not allowed to step 1 inch behind the counter. Read moreI came in for a quick bite after a long day of work. I decided to use one of the self-service kiosks. I put my order in and grabbed my corresponding table tent number. It specifically says to have a seat and your food will be brought out to you. I waited and waited. After 15 minutes, I went back to the counter. My tray had apparently been sitting there the entire time. Of course, the kiosk didn't print a receipt, so the number on the receipt did not match the table rent number I had. The manager looked at the numbers and immediately threw the food out (good job there, or so I thought). She directs the cooks to make a fresh meal for me and finally, after 20 minutes, gives me a cup to drink from. After a total of 25 minutes, I had a fresh meal. I, rather excitedly, sat down to eat it. I open the box expecting to see a nice bacon quarter pounder as I ordered. Nope. No bacon. Back to the counter. I give the meal to the manager and tell her it was supposed to be no pickles, or mustard, but with bacon. She opens the box and hands it to the cooks, who start giving her an attitude saying "look, it has no pickles or bacon" at which point, I yell across the counter "There's no bacon either! Where's the bacon?" They throw two pieces of bacon on the same sandwich that has now been handled by me, the manager, and two cooks, and it gets handed back to me.
