*DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION I am actually disgusted at what i witnessed tonight when i was in the papa johns Hollywood blvd location.
Cleanliness I watched an employee play in their hair with bare hands pulling his visor on and off his head then continue to make food with same bare hands. I watched 3 different cooking employees touch their hair face and clothes then touch food without washing their hands. No hair nets on any employee’s in the entire establishment. one employee even used a ring like cooking utensil and had it around his neck then used it on a pizza.

I ordered a pizza online when i received the email confirmation i realized that it was my work address and immediately called the store and informed them that i mistakenly ordered to my work address and would need to change it to my home address the lady took my home address and said no problem. I then received a call 30 minutes later from the store and they told me they don’t deliver to my home location i would have to call the other location i told the lady no problem i will just come pick up the order i was starving and just wanted to eat at this point so she said okay come pick it up. I drove to the location and when i got there the lady told me that they had to make my order because it went out with the driver... i ask how??? you don’t deliver to that location we already discussed this that’s why i’m here to pick up the order. She just said sorry i would have to wait. While i waited is when i watched the disgusting behavior of the employees at this store. I waited 30 minutes for a new pizza wings and breadsticks to be made after that i asked for the lady to fix my price because i had already paid with my card for delivery and a tip she told me to hold on i waited another 15 minutes until i asked her what i am still waiting for ???? She went and got the manager and she informed me that she has to just cancel the order because there is no way for her to fix the price and i would have to wait yet again for a new pick up order. i was entirely done at this point i explained to the manager my frustration and how they wasted my time twice by waiting 30 minutes to call after i gave the address to change to tell me they don’t deliver there then again by having to wait and her reply was and i quote “ you are the one who put in the wrong address” ... I would expect for a manager or someone who is in control to be more aware on how to resolve problems or able to change it to a pick up order or be able to edit the price for even a simple discount for my troubles which I didn’t even ask for I gave the food back and cancelled the entire order after watching how the employees cook the food I no longer even wanted it. I order from papa johns all the time both from work and from home and i understand i made a mistake but how it was handled from that point on was ridiculous very just passive aggressive reacting not...
Read moreI visited this Papa Johns facility on August 12th at 3:25 pm. I ordered a papadia with a large orange soda and some wings initially. I went to pick up the item and Mariah (the lady that is in this picture) was assisting me. Initially when I came in, the manager that was on site was going to ring me up. For some reason, Mariah decided to ring me up to which I had no problems with. Politely, I asked her if there is a discount she could apply to my meal because I was quite familiar with papa johns offering small percentages off the entire meal ticket. She rashly responded, No We don't do discounts here. She proceeded to ring me up and it came up to 25.00 dollars. Then, I politely asked her to remove the wings so I could pay cash for the papadia and the orange soda. She pushed the wings on the side and rung me up. This interaction was a precursor to what would happen next. I walked back into the establishment because after opening my papadia , I noticed that even though slightly warm, It had been sitting out for a long time so I asked for my money back. Mariah began to have a back and forth with me and she held onto my change. As the interaction progressed, Mariah became belligerent towards me and even the other manager tried to step in to hand me my change back. This effort was to no avail. At this point, I was visibly irritated and Mariah kept arguing about the money. She eventually ended up throwing my change at me as if I was some type of animal after I clearly handed my money into her hand. To this type of action, I was scared and I initially feared for my life as she jumped from behind the counter and threatened to call the police. I waited for the police, I also filed a report of my own and promised myself never to go back over there. Also, I took the deliberation of writing this message to warn every customer of Mariah's bad attitude. BEWARE! Read moreThe Papa John's light was not on and it made it hard to find. I had a 20.00 gift card that would not go through and the cashier tried only once. Another customer was telling cashier how to do it (which he ignored) I called this location and the location on E Young Circle) i had to call Hollywood Blvd 3-4 times kept getting (this number is not picking up) actually both locations. We finally got.through to.Hollywood one and the cashier acted like he didn't know what were ordering. We told him we were picking up and he acted like he didn't understand. When we got there, there were customers standing out side that didn't call in a place delivery. No one went out there and told them to either try calling or.come in and place order they were standing in drizzling rain. Customers going in and out (that were lucky to get through) explained to them. This Papa Pizza has made me not want to purchase from said store. We.paid cash since cashier didn't try to figure out what wat wrong with card.
