Whoa! Would you believe me if I told you he fixed my computer without even touching it?!? I called a couple different companies and the ones that answered my question thought I was a genius and understood all the terminology. No, I am not a computer whiz, and don't understand half of what you're trying to tell me. I was about to give up, until Kenny P.

He asked me questions and actually made me feel more intelligent and within 30 minutes, not only helped me troubleshoot the problem, said he would make my computer faster and made it twice as fast! A week later, I finally am able to bring him my computer, and he recommends a cleaning (since I have used a gas duster about two times) and pulls out a commercial gas compressed device and blows years off my device! This guy is the real deal! After helping me upgrade my memory and helping me back up all my information to a portable hard drive that I finally was able to get because of Kenny, all for a price I almost felt embarrassed to pay!
