-These guys are completely unprofessional and dishonest. Went to them for a while after a frequent referee me, saying they always hook them up. Turns out they actually WERE'NT hooking them up, just saying they did and giving them a knock off product for the same price. -I Took my phones to them to see what they could do, if they COULD, and to let me know what could be done. Literally all that was asked. They took the phones, decided THEMSELVES that the phone needed extra work done, and without even asking me went about it themselves and did something I did not ask for nor did they check with me if I would've. When it came time to pick up the phones, I was then charged an Absurd amount, telling me they did services that I for one knew for a FACT they did not do, since I had recently just paid for ANOTHER phone repair place to do such services. When I wouldn't let up in that I KNEW they didn't do what they said, they "let it go". But they still wanted to charge me for the extra work they did on the other items that, again, they didn't tell me they were doing or ask me if I wanted in the first place. They then tried to say that the service WAS requested by who dropped the phones off, and when I tried bringing in the person who dropped off the phones so they could contest to that, they didn't even let them speak and said "You know what? Is this amount too much for you?" "You know what, then forget it. It's fine. You don't have to pay it if it's too much trouble for you". Mind you, this is AFTER changing the price of the services 3 times already, until finally "letting it go" in this ridiculous trying-to-flip-the-situation-back-on-me manner. I was livid. Completely unprofessional way of doing business. From taking it upon themselves to do what they want, not disclose prices and services until After "they say" what they did and how much, to how they handle someone standing up for their right to not be exploited. These are scammers. They will day and do whatever they need to get whatever money they can.I would t recommend these...

Hello. I Cannot adequately Explain how awesome these guys are. I know nothing about phones tablets or computer computers. I went to them the first time when I got a new tablet. Transfer my info from one tablet to my new one. They were so nice and so helpful. Then something awful happened. About two weeks later, I was hacked to my late father’s bank account. I quickly unplugged everything. And brought the computer to the geeks. Needless to say they were absolutely unbelievably helpful. Not only did they clear the computer they backed up all my dad’s documents, photos, etc.. They suggested that I get a new modem because the hackers changed my IP address and I did not know what that meant, and these guys explained everything to me in such a way that I felt secure and comfortable. I cannot find the words to say how helpful and calming the geeks were to me and my most darkest hour of need. And to top it off, they helped me right away. I did not have to wait. I am now a lifelong customer of the geeks and I highly recommend that if you even think that you’ve got hacked, take your device to the geeks. It is so worth it. I love these guys. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that not only did they help me right away. The cost was minimum. I saw the way that they treat all their customers. They are friendly, always helpful. They have never said no to anyone. So no matter what your problem is Big or small rest of store taking your device to the geeks is the best thing you can do for yourself and for your peace...

Do not take your broken devices here for repair. I brought my phone here to have the cracked screen replaced. A simple issue that I paid $110 to fix, which would have been fine had it been fixed correctly. For the price I paid I would have expected him to put care into the process, however, within a week of getting my phone fixed there were issues with the background lighting of my phone. I left on vacation before I got the chance to go back and my screen started coming off of the phone. A week after the screen started coming off, half of the screen blacked out, rendering my phone unusable. When I got back from vacation, the man working there told me that the warranty didnt cover the LED damage that was causing my screen to black out.

Had he fixed my phone correctly, the screen would never have started coming off and the LED damage would have never happened. I went somewhere else and payed the full price to have my screen completely replaced. It was a huge waste of time and money going here, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where they'll do it right...
