Casey's — Restaurant in Holts Summit

Ordered 4 pizzas online on a Sat evening for later pickup and when I went in to pick them up it was clear that the kitchen was swamped. The employees in the store were clearly hustling to crank out pizzas but even while I was standing there their printer kept spitting out online orders.

Amidst the chaos the employees were working so hard in a tense situation with a handful of customers standing around. Special shout out to the gal with the blue hair who appeared to be the team lead in the kitchen. She was everywhere coaching her coworkers, boxing pizzas, and managing expectations for the customers waiting for their food.

5 stars for the team working that night. Maybe Casey's could help them out by changing the ordering system to limit it from having more pizzas ordered then can reasonably be cooked in...

Do not use this facility !! Unprofessional and very unorganized... i was in town ordered cheese pizza that was supposed to be $10 on monday and tuesday.. when i got there my pizza was already cooked sitting there not cut getting cold.. i stood and waited for ten minutes for help.. finally got my pizza.. went to get fountain soda it was out.. i was rang up at cash register and she rang my pizza up was 16 not 10 i asked them to fix it as it was supposed to be 10.. she did not.. so i followed up with a manager today.. and she told me she couldnt fix it.. well why not you overcharged me!!!! Well i went in and got a slice of breakfast pizza and a fountain drink went to the counter and one of the attendants were complaining about a worker that they didn’t like and how that person has bin a thorn in there side sense they started working there and I paid for my gas and pizza and drink after I left I took 2 bites of my breakfast pizza and I went to take another one and there was this White kinda straight Hair Sticking out the middle of it I got so nauseas I had to pull over and throw up so if you could please teach them to wear hair nets that be great and I’m sorry I prolly won’t be back to buy another slice of pizza unless I see them wearing hair nets I’m sorry but that was...
