Summit Cafè — Restaurant in Holts Summit

Went to try out Summit Cafe after hearing good reviews. Friend and I stopped in and we were greeted by one of the friendliest and efficient waitresses named Tricia..We both had the tenderloin with all the fixes and it was meaty and flavorful.. Tricia ensured all our needs were met and was pleasant throughout our visit. Several people stopped by to see how we were and how the meal was when they realized it was our first visit. Definitely will be returning and strongly recommend to come in and try this place...Great to have good place with family like atmosphere...

Great food, and great service. I'm glad that we have a good breakfast restaurant available. The chicken fried steak was done well. Still crispy under the gravy. The biscuit was fluffy and grilled to warm it through before service. I was a little disappointed in the hash browns not being crispy enough, but as busy as they were I can forgive this very minor issue. The only real issue I had was the background noise. It is one big open space. I am challenged with hearing when there is a lot of background noise, and as such I had a had time hearing the waitress...

I had a great experience here! Looks modern and very cozy inside. We were treated by a woman named Cindy with a bright smile who asked us where we would like to sit. MADE ME AND MY WIFE FEEL WELCOMED. We sat at a new booth by a tv playing local news. Me and my wife ordered a bacon egg and cheese, and a sausage egg and cheese breakfast Sammie.
