Summit Coffee Bar (Boulevard Brew) — Restaurant in Holts Summit

Have had several of their different coffee drinks, and they are all wonderful. Today I ordered the “I'm salty and I gnome it”. After leaving the store and trying the drink, I realized it wasn’t what I was exactly wanting, or it was made wrong. I’m not sure which, and I was hesitant to go back in, because I didn't want them to have to remake my drink if it was something that I just didn’t love. Anyway, I went back in and asked if it was supposed to taste as salty as it was, and the gals working, were super awesome! They remade my drink for me even though I wasn’t sure if it was made incorrect. Staff was super kind, and worked effectively to get the situation resolved. Finally a Coffee place in Holt summit, great Coffee, but definitely need to work on a few things ... the wait time is a bit ridiculous, no one seems to have a sense urgency. Waiting 15 mins for one Coffee is a bit much.(had the same problem when you guys had the food truck) And then when you see the person who ordered after you, get their Coffee first. Gets people kinda upset. Then the attitude of the employees isn't that great and can come off as rude, doesn't help. The only happy person there is the lady who makes the pastrys. Please work on your ordering system first come first serve in proper order. Speed, and friendliness. Other than that amazing Coffee. Will you guys ever consider having boozy coffee...
