I order Ribs and most of then are bones without meat. And the pernil was a lot of lard and bones. They should serve enough clean meat without to much lard and bones and the meat Hot and Crispy the cuerito that was no tostado with that clear brown color. Plenty of other Puerto Rican joints serve pernil which is delicious, but why not go for the whole pig?? You could a range of textures with the lechon, from white meat to dark meat and the crunchiest most perfect skin. House made garlic and hot sauce are a must!
