Sbarro — Restaurant in Holyoke

My girlfriend ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza while I didn’t order anything. One of the workers (A male. I think his name was Joshua) was busy ringing up another customer, so another worker (a female) took her order. She asked for a slice of pizza and a lemonade to go.

Once the pizza was being cooked, we made our way to the register. When we got there, the male worker asked, “Is that all?” My girlfriend replied, “Yes.” She got her pizza but not the lemonade. Noticing this, I mentioned that we had also ordered a lemonade. Joshua responded rudely by saying, “Why didn’t you tell me?” His tone caught me off guard, and he added that we had to order at the register. I politely explained that the other worker had already taken the order, but he didn’t seem to care.

We went ahead and ordered the lemonade again, got it, and moved on with our day. I understand that work can be frustrating, but a little kindness goes a long way. It’s really not that hard to ring up a lemonade. Safe to say, neither my girlfriend nor I will be ordering from there again. I feel like me giving it one star is too generous. Stay...

I dont know how you can screw up a slice of cheese pizza..but wow.. I dont normally eat here but there's not a lot of vegetarian options at holyoke mall... Ordered slice and waited by register.. Got pizza from girl who took my order on a tray..rang up at register then put my hot pepper flakes on and sat down..took a bite and gross..if i wanted cold pizza I mean like room temp for $3.50 a slice..pretty bad all around..dough tasted raw like something is just not right..prob old dough..idk..but not good pizza at all...never again ..food looks...

The menu says the spaghetti with meatballs is 11.99 but when i got it, they charged me 2.79 per meatball on top of the 11.99 for the spaghetti "with meatballs" They were then very rude when asked about it. Spaghetti was alright, nothing special, and certainly not worth 21.79. Food was also old, just reheated. I would not recommend...
