I recently visited this newly opened establishment and unfortunately experienced a severe case of food poisoning after consuming a mint chocolate chip shake. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to speak directly with the manager regarding this issue, which ultimately led to a hospital visit. It is unclear whether the cause was spoiled milk or contaminated utensils and machines, but the result was the same: a serious health concern.

This incident appears to be part of a broader pattern, as I am not the first to report such issues. Additionally, the store's hygiene standards seem to be lacking.

Moreover, during my visit, the manager's behavior was unprofessional. She conversed in her native language while taking my order, which gave the impression she might have been making inappropriate comments about customers. Her treatment of employees was also disrespectful. Having been a fast food manager myself, it is disappointing to see a promising new establishment fall short due to poor management and service standards.

FAKE DAIRY DONT GO HERE! I was at the Holyoke mall today as you guessed and my face lit with delight when I saw this I LOVE a good milkshake! The $6.99 for a medium didn't seem too bad and the options seemed endless not to mention the line so they must be good! As I stood there I saw the line was actually due to only 2 people working one doing mostly all the orders while the other female managed to peel 1 banana while her co worker was busting out orders. I love coconut I like the piece the flavour everything what I DONT like is huge potatoe spices of coconut in a milkshake which is what this had. The cotton candy had chunks of you guessed it! I had come here to try out the extensive menu with my boyfriend. We were really excited, I had gotten a fruit dream smoothie which was really good. Although my boyfriend had requested a Peanut Butter Bomb Milkshake. He has a tree nut allergy but can eat peanuts so he had told the server of his allergy to tree nuts since there is a posted sign and most the shakes have Nutella / hazelnut. After paying, they told him they cannot make his shake since the only other blender was for a peanut allergy and cannot have peanuts. I asked if we can be accommodated, but they couldn’t. They did offer a refund but it was really unfortunate since we were excited to have found a place with many options. I guess we will not be coming back due to this reason.

Recommendation would be: Possibly add another blender for people who have tree nut allergies (walnut, almond, hazelnut, pecan, cashew and pistachio) since a good portion of the shakes have...
