White Hut — Restaurant in Holyoke

I was in town the other day and I wanted to try a new place so I went here on a recommendation from my sister. I liked the retro vibe it has. It reminds me of other really good all american burger joints. I had both a cheeseburger and a hot dot. There was a nice kiosk to order at that had all the options laid out. I made my hotdog with sauerkraut and some mustard. The sauerkraut was absolutely top tier. There was a good amount of flavor to the kraut. It was a delicious hotdog overall

Came in at 7:15 for dinner after discovering this place. Simply put, I’ll never return. Service was shockingly terrible. Ordered food and started eating when the staff decided they would go into full blown clean up mode. Slamming chairs and vacuuming next to my table…completely ruined the mood, atmosphere and experience. Listened to the employees argue about nothing and provide an absolute terrible experience. Burger was meh and the onion rings were slightly better than the service. The type of food that will simply make a turd. First time ever going to white hut very disappointed, place was nice , service was ok, me and my husband had a lunch date which was disappointing in food cause it wasn’t good, I order cheeseburgers that was tasteless and greasy the paper to wrap it up was full of grease it was gross , the onion ring was on the fries where ok no taste or salt.
