The food is amazing! You would swear it was secretly Michellin rated. The flavors are amazingly complex and layered. If Applebee's or BJs Tavern your goto places, this is NOT the place for you. Although if you want to try good, really great food, this is your place. The Duck Confit Flatbread perfect a great blend and balance of savory and sweet. It's such a fantastic eating experience it will bring tears of joy to your heart as you finally have eaten something that taste as good as how your soul should feel. Complete. The Mexican Street Corn incredible. Something so simple yet alive and complex, savory and creamy with just enough tart of lime. Avocado Fries, deep fried avocado with a breaded batter coating that awakens your taste buds and gently wraps it in a creamy buttery textured avocado flavor. The Flourless Chocolate Cake complex and intensely chocolate, dark chocolate flavor with a homemade whipped cream just like grandma used to make, pure simple wholesome and just sweet enough to want it by the table spoonful. Stopped in for dinner at around 8pm on Saturday. We were seated quickly.

A tip is that they actually have a parking lot dehund the restaurant, and the main entrance is actually in back. We didn't realize we could park in bavk and ended up parking in street and enter bar area from main street though.

The service was prompt and friendly.

For dinner we had Beef Carpaccio Jerk Wings Caprese Flatbread Ceasar Salad Tavern Burger Pork Porterhouse Limoncello Marscopone Cake Chocolate Hazelnut Torte

All the food was prepared well. The meats were all cooked perfectly, including the burger. Food didn't take very long to come out. The Pork Porthouse was cooked medium rare and nice and tender. The wings were juicy and came off bone easily. The carpaccio was prepared with capers and other items on top, sort of like a tartare would. The burger was tastey. The deserts were excellent, all come with homemade whipped cream and either a chocolate or raspberry drizzle. The limoncello cake was nice and light. The chocolate torte was exceptional, with layers for flavors and textures.

Woodstone is a local gem. The menu is great because there is something delicious for whatever mood you’re in. Just want an app and drink? They have a charcuterie board or flatbreads! Looking for the best burger or chicken sandwich you’ve ever had? It’s on there! If you want a nice meal, they have steak, homemade pastas and salmon. It’s not a big menu, but they do everything they do, really really well and the choices are diverse and delicious. (Including btw gluten free crust and vegan options.) be warned: the rosemary fries are addicting and they are piled 6 inches high. Love the bar. They have seasonal drink specials plus almost anything you could think of. The bartenders are talented and not pretentious. If you like a drink a certain way, say an espresso martini (which are amazing there) on the lighter, more milky side, for example, they’ll do it with a smile. They just want you to be happy and have things the way you want. It’s just a good vibe. Casual enough that you don’t need to dress up to grab a bite on a Thursday night but elevated enough to feel special for Mother’s Day...
