I had ordered my food off of door dash originally as I was tired from work and didn’t want to go out. 20-30 minutes after I placed my order my door dasher contacts me saying they are telling him it my order will now take 30 minutes longer due to bad preparation having no nacho fries that weren’t “frozen” when all the fries are frozen. Then they tell him they will only make one I began by calling with no answer finally the 10th time a man named Jerome answered. Told me sorry I’m not door dash call them. Still waiting on my food almost an 40 minutes later I was told they had previously made all my food and it was now 40 minutes old my dasher didn’t want to serve it to me. I then drove up there to stop the dasher from the head ache so he can get on with his night to make money. I pulled into the drive through. Jerome came on the micro phone asked “ what can I get for you today” I started to tell him I’ve called ten times and you hung up on me. I ordered a 10pc chicken nugget combo through my app, I pulled up to the drive thru and said I’m here to pickup my order and was told to come to the window. I was then given my order so I checked the bag and I only received 7 nuggets. I tell the cashier that I’m missing nuggets and he tells me they no longer have nuggets and he gave me tenders instead. First of all, he never asked me if I was okay with tenders as a replacement. Secondly, on what planet is this single molecule of a chicken nugget a tender. He tells me that because I got 7 so called “tenders” I actually got more food. These tenders he’s referring to are the size of the sauce packets. Are we serious? Is this what we’ve come to? Not to mention, he was extremely upset when I complained that I didn’t receive all my food. Horrible attitude and horrible service. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. For a new location, they are definitely dropping the ball constantly. Each time my family has been there, the order has not been correct. They have omitted food on more than one occasion. This last time I finally called to complain and the woman I spoke to told me to come back to get the food they forgot to put in my bag. I told her that I didn’t want to come back since I had picked the food up on my way home from work and it was already after midnight so she told me I could come back at a later date to get my food. When I went back, the cashier could not honor this without first calling the manager which she did. The manager basically said I was out of luck. So I tried calling the next day to speak to the manager directly and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. No one answers and it just disconnects after so many rings. I understand no one is perfect and that food gets forgotten every once in a while but every single time I’ve been there it has been wrong and the employees clearly don’t care about correcting their errors.
