Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Homestead

I love the food here! It's become our family's staple around here for Chinese American food! The restaurant is always very clean and generally the customer service is great! The only minor issue I have here lately is when ordering the lunch special online, often times when I order for other people they request white rice. The website allows you to choose your type of rice and side, but on the restaurant's end it doesn't show up so if you order white rice, you'll get the default pork fried rice. For some it may not matter, I can do either or, but there may be someone with allergies or just have a preference. The restaurant usually offers to replace it, but today they argued that I was wrong even after showing them my order on my phone. I hope they can get that issue corrected, to avoid this in the future just call to place your order...

Honestly, this is the best Chinese food in Homestead! I used to be loyal to another spot, but they changed the products they use, and sadly, the quality just went downhill. I was really missing that good, classic flavor—until I found this place!

The food here fresh, super flavorful, and what I really appreciate is that it’s not overly greasy. Everything just hits the spot—you can tell they care about making it right.

If I had one small wish, I’d say I just wish the chicken pieces were a little bigger, but honestly, that seems to be how it is everywhere these days. It’s not a dealbreaker at all because the flavor more than makes up for it.

I’m just happy I found a new go-to Chinese place in Homestead. I’ll definitely be coming back...

I normally eat from here about 3x a week. Well tonight the food was not so good. The boneless ribs were like rubber as if it was refried 10x. I called and ask for a solution and was told that I would need to bring the food back in order to have a refund because they spent money to buy the food. So they would need back to plate of food. The lady also proceeded to say that they were very busy so thats why the order was messed up and thats how the food should be anyway. I told them that I live 20 mins away and didnt want to drive all the way there just for a refund. (Especially for something that couldve been handled on the phone) They said its nothing they can do.
