I have to give a star because I don’t have a choice to be able to leave a review. Owner and manager all they do is speak Chinese. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Can’t order anything with the lady because she speaks no English and messed up orders. Jay the manager is super unprofessional and speaks to his employees wrongly and disrespectful. Then he will turn and speak about all his employees to the lady in Chinese. A miner was working there and he was talking about women and men’s private parts and conversations in sexual nature including oral sex. He made a comment that the only thing Spanish people are good for is cleaning. Will never come to this place again and spend my money. What they need to do especially the lady is learn to speak English to be able to deal with customers and workers. Jay needs to learn to be more professional and know what conversation not to have at work.

Awful customer service. STAY AWAY!! Called them at 935p to order some food. The guy right away sounded bothered and before taking my order asked “How long til you get here?” & “You know we close in 20 mins , right?”

I said I was already on my way and it that it was a small order. My intention was just to order 6 Wings and fries. As soon as I told him I wanted the 6 wings, he said OK thank you and hung up the phone.

Didn’t let me finish my order. I tried calling back right after that four times and they refused to pick up and just let it ring.

Don’t stay OPEN until 10pm if you and your employees don’t want to work until 10pm. Close at 9pm if they are going to be bothered.

What kind of employees are you hiring that think it’s okay to hang up on your potential customers ?

What kind of business refuses to pick up the phone within their hour of operations?

Needless to say, I didn’t even bother picking it up. I went right behind their store to Hong Kong Chinese that gladly accepted my business.

Won’t ever go back there again. You can get better food and service elsewhere...

I wanted to love this place but unfortunately it's been a one hit wonder. The first order of Tonkotsu Ramen with Chashu Pork Belly was absolutely amazing. It was rich, flavorful, with a bit of smokiness in the broth. A tad bit different than what i was used to and it was delicious. Since then they have gotten my order for Tonkotsu Ramen wrong 3 times with the wrong broth. All the other broths don't taste as good and are all let downs. Also the chicken meat they put in the Ramen if you go that route was tough and overcooked. Chashu pork belly is the way to go, if only they could get the broth right like the first time. Been trying to catch that high ever since, but as an avid Ramen lover I'll have to continue to drive up north to the better established Ramen spots.
