Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Homestead

Came to dine in for breakfast this morning first time here and to my surprise no one was dining in. I placed my order and sat down to wait.. Two other people come dine in and place their orders they receive their meals first and I’m still waiting 17 minutes. Finally my order comes and the server hands me a cookie and tells me sorry for the wait ok no problem. My order was simple egg muffin with no egg, chicken and cheese only side of hash browns. So I open what I ordered and it has egg no problem. I bring it back another 4 minute wait I get handed the new muffin sandwich I get back to my table and it’s made the same way again with egg ! Now I’m totally not even hungry and I touch the hash browns and they are literally cold. First and last time here my server was lost to begin with I had to explain the simple order three times and plus the long wait and as usual no management in site. Terrible customer service. I left them there cookie no thank you! Now I see why the reviews are on...

¡Guau! Ubicación horrible. El empleado que tomó mi pedido no me escuchó en absoluto, solo estaba preocupado por su guión de venta adicional. No escuché mi pedido ni el de mis esposas. Y por eso nos equivocamos de comida. Las patatas fritas estaban frías y duras. Lo que parecía ser el gerente general andaba corriendo vaciando basura y entrando y saliendo de la cocina y sacando comida pero nunca se lavó las manos. El lavabo está a la vista del comedor. Todos los demás empleados parados riendo y hablando. Cero gestión o delegación o dirección dada a los empleados. Simplemente estoy corriendo como si estuviera abrumado. Estuvimos allí 1 hora antes del cierre, no estaban ocupados. Todos los empleados del personal de cocina y servicio con pelo largo y ninguno de ellos con gorro o redecilla. La comida era mala. Me encantan las patatas fritas y el té dulce. Y no se parece a ningún pollito fila que haya comido. El té dulce tenía tan poca azúcar que no era apropiado. 10 patatas fritas frías y duras. Los pisos y los agujeros estaban tan sucios que era increíble. Todos los empleados parados. Y tuve que limpiar la mesa. Finalmente decidí hablar con el gerente porque no podía comer papas fritas ni beber té y no era lo que pedí. No le importaba en absoluto. Se puso a la defensiva y empezó a interrogarme. LOCO. Nunca volveré a ir aquí nunca más. Y vivo aquí mismo. Todas estas cuestiones recaen en el horrible GM. Este lugar apesta. No malgastes tu dinero aquí.

Wow! Horrible location. Employee taking my order did not listen at all just worried about her upselling script. Did not listen to my order or my wifes. And we got the wrong food because of it. Fries were cold and hard What appeard to be the generañ manager was running around empting garbage and going in. And out of the kitchen and bringing out food but never wahed his hands. Hand sink is in view of dinging room. All other employees standing around laughing and talking. Zero management or deligation or direction given to employees. Just gm running around like he was over whelmed. We were there 1 hour before closing they were not busy. All employees with long hair in kitchen and service staff and none of them wareing a hat or hair net. Food sucked. I love chick fila fries and sweet tea. And it qas not like any chick fila i have ever eaten. Sweet tea had so little sugar it qas not proper. 10 fries cold and hard. Floors and hole place so dirty it was unbelievable. All employees standing around. And I had to wipe down the table. Finally decided to talk to gm because i could not eat fries or drink the tea and was not what i ordered. He did not care at all. He was defensive and started questioning me. CRAZY. Never will i go here ever again. And i live right here. All these issues fall on the horrible GM. This place sucks. Dont waste...

Today was my first day sitting in the dining room for this location and lo and behold. We were greeted by a wonderful Angel by the name of Nicole. She made us feel so welcome and she was so hospitable. Whatever we needed, she was there to lend a helping hand. She made the entire first visit into the dining room and extraordinarily hospitality visit. We enjoyed it so much. We are definitely not going to go through the drive-thru anymore, but we'll be dining inside. Thank you Nicole for going beyond above and beyond! You were excellent! You gave us excellent customer service and made the entire day for both my husband and I. We are JoANN and Lucious Taylor.
