So upset with the experience I just had (night of 1/17/20 going onto 1/18/20, Friday). I'd give 0 stars but it's not an option. I was online and realized this spot was open until until 1am I called at 1207am. Was on hold for about 10 minutes when a young man answers the phone and starts getting my details. He abruptly informs me his computer just went down and that he was running to the front computer. Waited for 15 minutes on hold, when I realized it was passed 1230am and they close at 1 so I decided to drive over since this is around the corner from me. When I get there the door is locked and they had the place cleaned already (1234 am). Young lady behind counter tells me they are closed from inside. I responded to her your signs says your open till 1am she again respond, I'm sorry we are closed... this is unacceptable. You need to change your signs to display the correct time frame of work hours and you need to teach your employees some customer service. They could have simply let me know they were closed instead of leaving me on hold for so long...I don't think I will be dining from this location again and will be writing to the corporate office about this situation. You wasted my time and the later it gets the harder it is to find opened...

THE DRIVER EVEN WAITED FOR ME TO GO OUT TO THE GATE TO PICK UP THE PIZZA AS THE GATE WAS NOT OPENING FOR HIM. GREAT SERVICE GOING BEYOND JUST DELIVERY. AS ALWAYS, THE FOOD WAS GREAT!! MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST 5 TIMES ORDERING FROM DOMINOS WHICH HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE, WE'VE QUIT ORDERING FROM THEM. PRIOR ORDER COMMENTS: WHEN ORDERING THE ORDER NOTED ABOUT 42 MINUTES UNTIL DELIVERY, THE PIZZA TOOK OVER AN HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY AND THE PIZZA WAS WARM TO COOL AT BEST. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR PIZZA HUT AS WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GOOD PIZZAS. IF IT IS DUE TO LESS DRIVERS THE ON LINE ORDERING SHOULD BE ADJUSTED SO THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE A REALISTIC EXPECTATION OF DELIVERY TIMES AND GET A WARM TO HOT PIZZA DELIVERED. IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE I ORDER PIZZA AGAIN BFRE CONFIRMING TIMES ON THE PHONE AND THE PHONE DOES NOT GET ANSWERED SO THIS MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE. Read moreIf you want bad customer service, go to this place. When I went to pick up the pizza, I could tell the elderly lady, Maria, had something going on, with the previous customer. So, I stayed there, patiently waiting. She asked me if I was picking up, I, said: yes, then asked the name, which I provided it to her. She told me it was $11.76. I gave her a $100 Bill. And in a bad tone, upset, she said "No, we don't accept $100 Bills." (And there was no sign stating that. Hopefully, they'll put the sign to inform customers.) She stated: "it has to be card. So, I took out my card, and swiped it. The supervisor was coming up to her, when she was giving me the receipt, telling me to sign, and he decided to be just like her, and told her laughing, do you want me to sign something else, too, before I go? They must have been bullies at school, that's what they demonstrate with their behaviors...
