McDonald's — Restaurant in Homestead

Before I tell you, about how it was Before, let me tell you how it has been for the last 2 times I have visited the restaurant after 11pm at night, that's the time, that my wife and I usually go there. Right now the 2 young women you have working there at the evening shift drive through, they are doing a great job 👏 👍, a good job, they don't break under pressure, they are both in control of the situation 👏 👍 and when, I received my order through the drive through windows, the woman spoke to me so nicely. I was so impressed with the 2 women working the drive through. Yes the cashier was very nice and soft spoken also you can tell she was in control of her position, I was very impressed 👏 👍. It feels really good when you receive your order, and you drive off, and park somewhere in the parking lot,and you take out the medium or large fry and you noticed that they gave you the right amount of French fries that you have ordered, they have filled the carton to the right amount, not like before, before and it would happen all the time you order a large French fry and they wouldn't fill it to the right amount, or a medium size. My last 2 visit have been a 💯 % much better service and I have received my sandwich hot not like before. My last 2 visits, they put napkins in the bag thank you for doing that and they put more than one napkin. McDonald's,yes people notice when you do a very bad job, you need to give the customer what they payed for, if they ordered a medium or large fry, fill the carton to the right amount, you have plenty of French fries 🍟, and please make sure that the sandwich you ordered is hot. Don't cut corners, people notice every thing, Listen you need to put in the bag every thing the customer needs and want before the customer drives off. McDonald's, you need to use all the items you buy, like salt 🧂 and pepper, ketchup packets, napkins. These ingredients, these items are for the customer, not to be kept until they expire, and then have to be thrown away. Use your merchandise it's for the customer. Short review: Go across the street to Wendy's or KFC...this place has become a joke!

This is the 4th time we have reviewed this McDonald's. Each time has been worse!! ZERO STARS!!

Ordered curbside on a Saturday afternoon for the family. Pulled in to our spot and said we were here. After waiting 35 minutes the wife went in and tried to find someone. Since the remodel, they no longer have anyone out front to take orders. So you have to wait for one of them to scurry out from the back to hand food to someone and hope they stop to see what you want. The first guy ignored her and went back. A guy came in after my wife who was parked in the second drive thru window pissed about getting his drink and walked behind the counter to get someone's attention. A lady that looked like a manager quickly ran over to get him back behind the counter. She found out he was just waiting on a coffee and ran to get it. When she came back my wife asked her where our food is and she said it would be at least 15 minutes longer (this is 45 minutes after we placed the order!) The wife said just refund our order and she said we had to do it on the app. We had already tried that but don't see a way to do it. So the wife said, no. I want my money back There was more but that's the highlights. We live right down the street but WE WON'T BE BACK...

Today is Wednesday, December 12, 2018. I will make this quick I don’t think any managers were there for some reason something may have happened . But I ordered something for my kid he fixed everything right away five start to him his name is Julio I don’t think he was the manager but there is a lady that usually they’re thin curly hair I don’t know her name very gorgeous but my five star to Julio the cashier that took care of a lot of people I was watching everything I work for the hotel this guy very good hope you can join the management team I see it in him I would hire him but I know he’s a teenager. McDonald’s management thank you the time was between 730 and 830 pm.
