If I could rate them zero I would. Placed a $50 mobile order, got to the location and got in the drive through line, was immediately asked to come inside instead, whatever I can deal with that, but then I get home and the order was missing a large chunk of the order, necessitating that I drive back up here to get the missing items. Not a single apology from any of the 4 employees I interacted with. Girl on the phone was incredibly dismissive of my frustrations over this, when I brought up that as a result the rest of the food I had purchased would be cold and inedible after coming up there to pick up the missing items their response was that I should eat the rest of it before I came up there to get the missing items (all of which were the items my wife ordered, so if I did that I'd have been sitting there eating while she had nothing.)
Person that handed me the items didn't say a word, just walked over and handed me the bag and walked away.
When I asked another employee for the corporate number the woman at the counter's response was "just Google it"
The employees at this location shouldn't be in customer facing roles to begin with.
Do not eat here, go to another location or one of the other nearby restaurants.
Edit: one of the replacement items turned out to be the wrong...
Read moreI finally got a chance to visit the new location since they moved from across the street! It’s really nice and quiet at this location. Plenty of outside parking places. The interior is very clean and comfortable, colorful with the large prints menus across the counter. I didn’t notice the computers setup on the side to place my order if paying by card or cash with cashier. Very nice and efficient! You can watch your order being made from the back as you wait to the side or be seated & be called. I was a has received my order just as I received a call that was important. I got my box and was about to leave as the other gentleman who had helped me with the kiosk selections, stopped me and told me to wait bc he was making me a fresh Crispy Chicken taco! I was shocked that the other young man gave me my order without telling all of my order was inside my box! Needless to say I had to wait about 4-5 minutes for the item to be done! The food was hot, but now it was warm & my icee drink was flat or melted! Overall the service was good and the food tastes good! The young man apologized for the wait time and was very professional! Read moreI just order a chicken quesadilla with an extra side of jalapeño crema tonight at 1:30am. The person on the drive thru, a skinny black man was very kind. The large black man that brought over my order was however not kind. He gave me my order. Closed the door. And I kid you not, reopened the door within 5 seconds to tell me that I needed to move my car up. I thought it was a joke as I hadn’t even had a second to look in my bag. Of course there wasn’t an extra side of jalapeño crema. Instead he insisted there was extra sauce on the quesadilla. I expressed that I asked for extra on the side. He reassured me there was extra in the bag and that I needed to move up. After feeling unwelcomed and leaving I noticed that in fact there was no extra side of the jalapeño cream sauce, just packets of mild sauce in the bag. There was also no extra sauce on the quesadilla. I’ve ordered the same thing every time.
