Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

This is the first time i have been in any Beef O'Bradys. I was there with 3 others in the lull between lunch and dinner, with only 4 other diners, so it was not a busy time. Staff told us they would be right over with menus. Remember, they were totally not busy, everyoneelse was served and we had just arrived. It was at least 10 minutes later when we were brought the menus. There were at least 3 servers working the floor, one for each of the occupied tables, including ours. The menu looked robust. A little on the expensive side but something for everyone. We finally got to order. T ht e wait wasn't too bad for the food to come out. I ordered an OMG burger (2 burgers with 4 slices of bacon and 4 slices of cheese). The cook had slapped the burgers on and they slid halfway off of each other like a plateau shelf, a good one third of the top burger was hanging over one side and about one third of the bottom burger was hanging off the bottom bun off the other side. I asked them to fix it and the server was totally flummoxed, had no clue what i was talking about, could not fathom much of anything apparently, until i finally asked for utensils (when she hadn't brought even though she'd brought out food - duh) so i could fix it the mess myself. It tasted good, i just want my burger stacked and lined up so that when i bite, it get 2 burgers, not one! One of my friends had a ruben and had to scrape off a bunch of some sort of sauce declaring it had too much and it tasted wrong. She ate it, but said it had way more sauce or maybe it was mayo than a ruben should have. Another at my table showed us curly fries on her plate that were burnt. The 4 with us is the only one who seemed to have gotten a meal without problems. Seeing as how this was the slow time and this is how sloppy the food preparation was, i would hate to see how this location screws up the food during rush prime eating times. I don't plan to go back to this location. The cook is too careless...

So I finally made it to beef.O brady's for there friday night fish fry. I don't know how it is that we live in Crystal river area And you can't get fresh fish. There is no way that this is hand battered And no way are The Onion rings made fresh. The lady at the table in front of us ordered shrimp tacos.She questioned the waitress as to whether or Not was shrimp.The waitress tried to assure her it was but in the end it was actually chicken. Our waitess should be known for the famous sideeye.Because that's all she kept giving us was sideeye Never once did she ask us.How are meal was. If you remove the batter from the fish each piece was approximately One inch long. Batter was so hard and greese I also enjoyed the waitress that works there in Tennis shoes short & T-shirt covered up by a oversized man's dress shirt. The dead give away for any restaurant is how filthy the bathrooms are. So in order to rate fish restaurants. Worst Would be long john silver's I would say don't even bother to eat there. 2nd place is Beef, o Brady's. It's just as bad . Culverts They are at least trying. Where did fresh food, clean restaurants servers that give a damn go. And keeping your restaurant clean. Serving fish that you don't have to tip up on the side of your plate until the grease runs out of it . Only to find 95% percent is crust, completely disgusting. Doesn't rate taking a picture lousy food. Seriously .Go have a fish sandwich at Burger King or McDonald's. At least there you're not paying fifteen dollars for a meal. And the fish actually tastes like fish not perfect but so much better than...

So!!! First time at this beef o Brady's!! And I love Beef o Brady's. We showed up at the restaurant at 6:45 and they close at 8. Me and my daughter walks in with my granddaughter and they say rudely sit where you want. We said we got 6. So she says it'll be 20 minutes before you can sit. While there was a big table right next to the front door. So we waited.... About 8 minutes later a table opens up. So we sit. She got our drinks and she said take your time. About 10 minutes later she says what can I get you. We ordered. I know food and we ordered wings and they were out before 10 minutes which I know that's not fresh. Which is what ever. But I mentioned to my daughter about empty drinks. Another server had to get the drink. And at 7:10 they started closing up and felt like I was being rushed. A girl came out of the kitchen glared at our table and looked at her watch twice. And walked away disgusted. Then the bartender started singing a song about wake me up before you go go looking at us and repeatedly sang it. And I had to walk out because I was so mad and disgusted. It was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. Disturbing. So beware of the beefs in Crystal River. Never again for me!!!!!!!! I hope management looks into this because this is unacceptable. I work and we accommodate customers and make them comfortable when they go there. Being rude and rushing people before closing time is horrible. The blonde bartender was very rude.
