Florida Cracker Kitchen At Riverside Resort — Restaurant in Homosassa Springs

was told i could get coffee from the counter since it was a long wait for a table, counter help not happy about making the coffee, gave me nothing to stir it with and some rotten creamer, was seated and showed the waitress my coffee with curdled green and rotting creamer in it, was given new coffee and creamer, again rotten creamer, was told they were not given shelf stable creamer in the last truck... ok so you know the creamer needs to be refrigerated you know there's a problem with it yet you do not keep it chilled and continue to serve it??? after the second time of wanting to vomit in the only cup of coffee in this place i decided to just get some oj... so no coffee for me on vacation... the restaurant doesn't take cards but the bar owned by the same person does??? the eggs were not cooked correctly which is always stunning in a place known for breakfast... this restaurant is definitely not living up to the hype on my first visit... going to waffle house instead tomorrow... you hear me i would rather go to waffle house... shame shame everyone...

Breakfast was great this morning! We walked in and was greeted by all the friendly staff. Our server was very prompt to come to the table and super friendly (I think it was Jessica). I ordered the breakfast special with 2 eggs, I substituted the meat option for ham, and potatoes, and my husband ordered the cinnamon bun and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was so good and it was lots of food! It is very rare we leave leftovers on the plate but today was one of those days....

We wanted to see monkey Island. Monkey Island is visible from the bar area. Monkey Island is about 20 ft by 20 ft and has several monkeys on it. It was hot so we decided to get a drink at the Florida cracker restaurant and gift store.
