Was charged once for a medium strawberry smoothie with banana added. Cashier was busy making the drink , saw the approved sign but was asked to re insert my card again. I have the receipt for Second transaction. Looked at my bank statement online and saw 2 pending transactions from the same establishment. I called in and asked the worker that there is two pending transactions and that I should give it 24hrs. Well 24 hrs went by and the first transaction that was approved went through. Tried calling the establishment but no answer. I got my refund and the cashier working was really friendly...
