Rude!!! Woman at counter knows very little about customer service and Aloha spirit. Extra sauce $1. If you want extra dollars you’re in the wrong business girl. We know you wanna go home too, but come on have a little decency and respect for customers. Sure English is not your first language, but actions go a long way. Posted hours show closing at 10PM. Woman turned off half the lights in the restaurant, took the condiments away, and she started noisily mopping and throwing stuff back behind counter. While wiping down tables she saved the straws and put them back in the straw dispenser. You have covid precaution signs all over your restaurant but recycle straws…hm okay? Our family and another family were in the middle of dinner and kicked out at 9:20PM. If you open up and run a restaurant, at least do your job and treat people...

Waited 40 min for a basic breakfast for my daughter and I. Still waiting.....update.. just got my food. I ordered a portugese sausage scrambled eggs and rice plate with a side of pancakes. They told me pancakes take a long time. Next time I think they should at least warn people of a 40 min wait for pancakes and give the other plate out first to at least be able to give my daughter something to eat in the meantime while waiting or at least giving me an option to opt out of even ordering pancakes to begin with. Overall, they fixed it in the end but it all could have been avoided with some extra communication. I also did not get an update on our food while 5 other people walked out with their food. We ordered the chicken katsu plate and to begin, the food smelt weird, it had an unusual odor and wasn't the best smelling. We got through some of it and each bite tasted more and more off. We looked at some of the chicken and it was literally pink. the restaurant was gross and smelt weird, dirty tables, slippery floors, and the workers were odd. Plus they were eating while serving customers. Would get a 0/5 stars. Definitely would...
