HORRIBLE! They do not do inventory so they don't have certain items that show as available on the App and skimp on drinks and do not give you what you ordered!! I wouldn't usually write a review like this but this has happened now more than 10 times with different baristas at this location. Whoever is the manager of this location is failing to train their people, and Starbucks needs to respond.
Not only do they knowingly make your drink without certain ingredients or toppings that they are missing, they don't tell you until you point it out! They charge you for drinks they do not make correctly, do not know how to refund people to the app, and never update what isn't available in their app.
For example I tried to order a seasonal guava coconut milk Passion Fruit tea, but was only given the PF tea, and only when I asked why it was different at pickup they said it was because they were out of the coconut milk and flavoring. They gave me regular tea which is much less expensive than the drink I ordered and tried to pass it off to me with no explanation or refund!! This has happened with other drinks as well: not adding toppings or flavors to Fraps when they are out and not giving any explanation other than they are out, but still charging you the same amount/not listing it as "not available " in the app!
Multiple times I have ordered food or snacks from this location and they have not done inventory so when I go in and ask why my order isn't filled completely they check and tell me they don't have the item, though its showing as available on the app. They also can't refund me to my app card (no training?) So they give me a giftcard for the exact price (not including tax) and tell me that's all they can do. This defeats the purpose of using an app for purchasing safety during covid now that I have to use these cards.
They are scamming me and others out of money and frankly I'm surprised the Starbucks franchise allows this. I have never had this experience at any other Starbucks location except Manoa Valley. Absolutely appalled and I'd recommend anyone who uses the app to stay away from...
Read moreMy new favorite go to is Starbucks shaken espresso drinks. Unfortunately when I order it from this location is taste different every time and half the time end up wasting $7. Not sure if their espresso machine is older because Kahala and kaneohe locations always taste exactly as I imagine. The last drink I got tasted like cereal milk. Another time my ice coffee had no ice and when I asked about it they said they just brewed it and was still warm. They re made it and within 5 minutes all my ice melted again. The lady or manager didn’t offer any real solutions and couldn’t give a refund because I ordered online. For the most part employees here are friendly and well staffed but I hate gambling on how my $7 coffee will taste to half the time throw it away.

Outside seating is being replaced soon l'm told. lt has a lovely view of hills and trees with a steady stream of interesting people and amazing variety of dogs from every "walk" of life. lf you are lucky you will meet Miss Marly a mixed pit bull white with tan spots who greets everyone and the big grey bird dog that sometimes stops to point with glazed over eyes remembering those old hunting forebears ashe sees a bird. This will necessitate many tugs on his leash before resuming his and his owners progress. The sandwiches are especially good as well as the oat cakes (low fat for me).
