On July 22, 2022 Me , along with my partner just had a TERRIBLE experience with Teriyaki Madness which is very unfortunate for us because we’ve been loyal customers to them quite sometimes. Nonetheless tonight made me reconsider due to the Cashier Adriana. She was very Revolting, let’s start by saying my partner went inside to pick up our food which was ordered online through the actual website. However when he went in he came back out to the car stating that someone from DoorDash took our food according to Adriana which our food cost was $33.58 , so immediately I go inside to see what is going on so I start off by saying okay I understand things happen but how is we going to fix this . Here’s where the issue comes in at Adriana did not once Apologize nor offer to give us a refund not even offer to fix the food again. Granted I know how things work so for you to tell me there’s nothing you can do really made me upset until I told her I work in Human Resources and the way she’s going about handling that specific situation was very Repugnant. So she proceeds to go back and forth with me about my order she goes on to say DoorDash is tied in with the actual teriyaki website that’s how our food was taken which is not 100% true because If that’s the case why is the prices different online than on DoorDash ? Riddle me that two for you to not even apologize is very unprofessional and when we asked for her name she thought it was necessary to ask why do you need to know ? Um because I’m about to report you to HR so your actions can be chastised because I would hate to have a Adriana working for my company especially when you have loyal customers like myself and my partner that order from there pretty often and that has never happened. It would have been so simple and she could have just apologize , offer to remake the food or issue a refund. But no her pride was to high to just do that. So in other words if you ever go there and have Adriana as your cashier she will be very rude and incompetent when it comes to her negligence. But I will be contacting The Human Recourse department on Monday morning because that was very bad for business. So just be aware before ordering online because apparently they don’t check order confirmation numbers anymore and it’s very easy for someone to just come pick up your food unless Adriana just decided she just didn’t want to do her job tonight. Very disgusting never had this type of experience with teriyaki madness before that’s the only reason I won’t give it a one start because we really enjoy their food but they definitely need to do better with that customer service when it comes to their cashiers more specifically...
Read moreI took my family to 4741 Chace Circle in Hoover, Alabama. I had bragged about how good the food was prior to us going. Big mistake. First off, it is approx. 3pm. I order a steak terriyaki bowl. The first thing said, "I don't know if we have enough steak". Mind you there are four of us. So the other three had to choose another protein. They chose salmon and chicken. My husband's rice and vegetables were cold. My daughter's cabbage was raw, hard, essentially under cooked. I went to the counter to ask they be warmed, and was met with resistance. Then my two children, ages 21 and 15 who ordered the salmon, both complained of the taste, texture and smell of the salmon. So I take the salmon back to the counter and ask to speak with the manager and explain that the salmon had a funny taste, smell and texture and he looks at me and says "You don't have to eat it, but I am not replacing it with another protein, I been selling it all day" as if to say get over it and deal with it. The service was terrible from the beginning to the end. The manager had no apology, no nothing to indicate he was sorry for the bad experience. But he did say we could Buy another protein in place of the salmon. Keep in mind I had already spent $100. As we are leaving the restaurant, the manager, along with the other two staff members are staring at my family and I as though we did something wrong. It was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional and very awkward. I should have gone with my first thought, which was to leave when we got there because clearly we were made to feel like more of a hindrance than welcomed customers! Read moreDate 10/02/24, I went to this restaurant because a lot of the people that I work with go there. Upon arrival to the restaurant, it seemed empty, but I walked up to the counter. After giving my order to he cashier.. I started to look around behind the front counter. What I noticed was the ceiling looked disgusting the cameras that are normally white are covered with filth and black stuff. The bottle that holds what I assume is by the grill is also covered in black.. I Continue just thinking, It’s a kitchen In a busier restaurant, it’s normal. The cashier handed me a cup By holding the inside after digging through his hair with unwashed hands. I noticed a younger customer who had said something to one of the employees about something in his food. She was quick to take away the container and say nothing more. As I sat down at the table by the window, I noticed a cockroach that was upside down, and he appeared dead was the last straw for me. The cashier brought me my food, as I am not one for confrontation, I took it and exited the restaurant. As I was dumping out my diet Pepsi for being so grossed out, I found black stuff in the bottom of my cup. I’m sure at one time this restaurant was probably a very clean delicious establishment but as with Some successful restaurants they stopped, caring about cleanliness and concern Themselves more with profit.
