Update: Well, my original review needs to be TOTALLY revised after we went there the other night for a "last resort" late dinner after having to go help someone who needed us....anyway, the drive thru line was 5 cars long for probably 10 minutes, then it took another five for us to make it to the pickup window. (My husband wanted to just leave the line more than once, but I wasn't going to leave without them knowing why) The guy who took the order was the 2nd one on the mic and replied to questions with "Yeah". The girl at the window greeted us with "Mike?" (They ask for a name when ordering), told us what we owed and stuck a card reader at my husband. She gave us two bags and turned away. Nothing ruins a drivethru more for me than not getting a THANK YOU from the person I just paid $20+ to for food (no drinks) for two people - actually, I expect a thank you for anything I buy! I thank them for helping me! But that's apparently not included in their training anymore. We really don't get fast food anymore, so I don't know....maybe they've ALL gotten bad. This place was obviously understaffed and it wasn't even 9:00. No surprise that the food was a huge disappointment. (If I'm going to "cheat" and eat crap, I at least want it to taste good!) They added cheese to both burgers when we asked for it only on one (and charged $1.20 for those 2 slices, too). The onion rings were laughable. Right out of the freezer, greasy with clumps of uncooked batter inside....and maybe 12 small to tiny ones for $4.59, I think. Ridiculous. Nothing was GOOD...it was edible, but in no way enjoyable. (We went to a Wendy's first but left because the line was too long!) I completed the survey as requested on the receipt, but did not give my email, saying I did not want the free burger (with the purchase of a med fries and med drink) that was the reward for taking that survey. My answers on that were the same, basically, as I've said here. Below is my earlier review....I only got a burger for my passenger and only said it was good since he said he goes there often, so...... But that time, the employee at the window was very efficient and nice. He must work the day shift.

Read moreHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! We just came from a soccer match and kids were hungry and exited to try this place for the first time. Apparently kids were being to loud for her liking and said the manager wanted our kids to be quite! As we’re leaving kids said goodbye and Jasmyne (cashier) and other employees answer “I hope you never come back” . That is just so disrespectful!!! I will NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE! I was hoping to talk to the manager but he was on the little group of people being disrespectful, he just watch and said absolutely nothing, I was not going to lose my time talking to him when he specifically saw and hear everything and had nothing to say to there employees being disrespectful.. There was other employees that were very nice and helpful, I feel so bad for the people that have to work with that kind of people, if they disrespect dine in customers imagine the type of treatment being coworkers !! I’m very disappointed of such a good restaurant having people like this working for them!!! If they are not happy with the type of job they have, maybe they should consider going home or find something...
Read moreOrdered online so it would be ready because I was going to work. Bought breakfast for my whole crew. I ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted brioche bun. 5 hashbrowns. And then also ordered 1 breakfast sandwich meal, bacon and egg, NO CHEESE, hash brown and coffee. I recieved 5 sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on the brioche bun, 1 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and only 5 hashbrowns instead of 6. So not only is my personal sandwich wrong, (has cheese on it and I'm lactose intolerant and no I can't just scrape it off), but I also don't have the hashbrown to eat it because the 5 other hasbrowns are for my crew. But I guess I should have checked my bag before pulling off from the window. I figured the workers would double check it since made in advance and have everything correct......But I was also side tracked because my coffee was barely just over half way filled in the cup, and cold. So i told the drive thru attendant and she gladly exchanged it for a coke. I didn't have time to wait for them to brew...
