PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY, Firstly, the name should be called "More Salt Than Most". I ordered the smothered pork chops with macaroni, cabbage and yams. I should have known something was wrong because the place didn't smell right. The macaroni had almost no cheese but was salted to death. The cabbage had some weird almost vinegar taste. The pork chop was on the struggle bus, and I had to rip it apart with a knife and fork. The yams were straight out of the CAN with a little sprinkle of cinnamon on top. My husband ordered oxtails; he received 2 oxtails which had so much fat that he didn't even eat them. The ONLY thing that was good was my husband's baked potato. I called and asked for a refund and someone in the back was screaming " we don't give refunds! The lady asked me if I wanted them to cook me something else, I replied " no maam, why would i want anything else, my blood pressure is already high enough. I packed our plates up and took them back to the restaurant and left them on the counter. I'm not pressed for money; I will pay good money for some good food. This plate wasn't worth more than $6.00 on a good day. I was lied to several times; the first lie was that they don't receive any complaints however as I perused though the reviews, I have determined that as a lie, I have seen quite a few complaints that are very similar to mine. TERRIBLE !!!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!! When I first went there a year ago food was pretty good. There was alot of arguing coming from the kitchen but it was comical to me. I ordered door dash from the Reiley store 6 months ago and paid $70. They forgot a meatloaf plate, another plate had wrong sides, I ordered fried chicken dark meat plate and got 6 wings. When I called and spoke to the owner he was EXTREMELY rude. No refund, and whatever he did I am now blocked from using door dash. Went to the new location on hope mills rd. a couple of weeks ago because my wife wanted their meatloaf and there was no A/C, doors were open and tons of flies in the place with fans blowing. My wife said meatloaf was hard as a rock.... if I could give it zero stars...

I called in my order for the chitterling plate w/two sides and a sprite. I paid $27. I picked up and customer service was decent. I began to eat and then I noticed that there was several pieces of hair in my chitterlings. I called the restaurant to inform them and they took my name and number. When I went back to the restaurant I took my remaining food and they was wel aware of what was going on. They then explained to me that they do not do refunds(which was their policy) but was willing to substitute it with something else. I opted to get the two sides again which was good.
