WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not come to this store.

I ordered ahead via the DD mobile app and planned to walk-in to pick up my order. Except the door was locked and there was a “drive thru only” sign. So I had to wait 20 minutes in the car line, listening to all the orders in front of me getting messed up and fixed at the window (my personal favorite was the completely botched two dozen donut order.)

When I finally got to the window, they didn’t even get my printed order right. When I told them they needed a better system for the people who pre-ordered, the manager screamed at me and told me to leave her store. I said I’d leave when I got the food I had already paid for, then she slammed the drive thru window closed. When I refused to leave, she even made the gesture of locking the drive-thru window. Not wanting to be a Hash Brown Karen and hold up the line of 10+ cars behind me, I did drive away and call customer service to get a refund on my order.

Long story short, this was a really unpleasant way to start my day. Avoid this store like the plague. There are plenty of other DD locations and a nearby Burger King for...

Giving 2 stars because half the time the order is correct. Get home to find out the caramel wasn't added to the ice coffee even after questioning the counter girl whether she did add it and being told yes. And the amount of ice. After the coffee is finished there is a half cup of ice left. $4.79 for a cup of cold unflavored coffee and ice cubes. Unbelievable!!! Help is young and they really don't seem to care how they make your order. On the plus side, I did return the next day last week when my order was incorrect and they remade the order free of charge. Can't even do that this time because I wasn't even given a receipt last night. I did try to call and the phone just rings. Wish there was another Dunkin in this area close by. I have stopped at this place many times even though the signs all say they close at 9PM I see on line they close at 8PM I have driven up to the drive through and got no greeting, I've waited then drove up to the window and watch the workers walk out of site and never come out from the back until I pull away and this has happened more then twice in the past, I weighting this now at 7:30 PM after leaving and returning after stopping at other stores, it seems to be later in the evening in the mornings I have had no problem, it is sad that workers are that unprofessional, at least tell me they closed early but to watch from afar as the make sure the customers have driven off is so sad, and there were at least 3 others who did as I did and waited only...
