We thought this was a decent dispensary and have visited several times. Then purchased a .5g disposable vape that lasted 4 days till the battery died - plenty of oil left but the battery was dead. We brought it back in where the ID checker was told of the issue. He ushered us in saying they'd take care of us. Then we were told by the cashier that we should heat it or set it upright. She said that there's always a risk of this happening. These were the only solutions they offered.

We've had jammed vapes and yes we were aware of this issue, but not dead disposable vapes. I have year-old, empty ones with the batteries working but no productive pull.

Having a defective disposable vape was annoying but we wanted to give the dispensary a chance to make it right. They did not.

We will not be purchasing from here again and it's a shame as it was somewhat convenient.
