Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hopewell

I was gonna get lunch here today which is usually fine, but when I walked in and checked the bathrooms I walked away with a little bit of a scrunch on my face, nothing crazy just disappointed because they were both unusable I checked both because of urgency but didn’t make it an issue other than having a disappointed expression on my face, and this young girl goes “Uhh do you know how to read?” talking about the out of order sign on the women’s bathroom… and then walks out of the store to sit in her friends lap parked outside, I ended up leaving instead of defending myself and then was subjected to witnessing their childish PDA after being insulted for no reason. I’m not an entitled customer type... I remember what it’s like to be an underpaid crew member and I’m a former fast food manager too. Food is fine, but I’d recommend the drive-through if you eat here because the crew members are...

The absolute worst service EVER...they only had 4 customers and all of them were eating...I waited 10 min to get a large combo and there were barely any fries on my plate and they were not very hot...I asked for more fries and was told she couldn't...then I tried to fill out the survey but the ink on the receipt was barely visible...so I asked two associates what the store number was...one tried to point out the phone number, the other got smart and said everything I need was on the receipt but no one knew the store number and was not willing to find out...will never eat here again...and I NEVER DO SURVEYS BUT THEY REALLY STRUCK A NERVE WITH THEIR...

Every time i go to this particular Hardees the staff & management at that time are very unprofessional. The staff opening leave things out of other customers food. It did not happen to me but was asked when I was inside by a staff member if it was okay to put only 5 biscuits instead of 6! Then laughed at it. Everytime I go through the drive-thru im always asked to pull forward. This last time I had to wait over half hour! And they did not have my food correct either! I enjoy Hardees food but this particular location is horrible. I much rather go 10-15 minutes down the road to another fast food place than...
