McDonald's — Restaurant in Hopewell

Really very disappointed with this meal. I may have asked for i guess what would be "too much food " but it was me feeding a family of four. I ask for nuggets and they are cold and hard... I ask for a deluxe qtr cheese add mac and bacon and they lather the burger in sauce to where I cant pick it up without it dripping everywhere... idk who decided that this was an appropriate way to handle a large order whether your upset or not but this is unacceptable! I've been a manager at many fast food establishments and I know for a fact as someone who was a manager at a mcdonalds that this is ridiculous! Then I call and your forever busy? Yeah I guess I'll take the pics of this issue and go to corporate with my concern since this location can't be bothered to own up to or fix there problems. I have 4 drinks and u go to hand them all to me one at a time instead of a drink tray? I mean okay I'll overlook that but this is ridiculous... I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant and going to either cookout or the other mcdonalds... yeah it may be alittle further away but at the same time you will save yourself a lot of stress and at least your money will seem worth it... I swear if I get sick over this there will be a major problem because all 20 of my nuggets are hard and gross so I wonder if my kids also get hard gross nuggets because of your attitude? I guess it's okay to take your issues out on the kids then resolve it with the adult huh? Dont worry I won't ever be coming back, I WILL send these images and my concern to corporate and I PRAY nobody has to endure this from this establishment. If you see this post debating whether or not to stop here?... DONT DRIVE FURTHER and recieve better food quality and service because this place...

Worked here before. I just hope they fired that rude manager who kept yelling at employees and made the atmosphere uncomfortable to work in. He made my experience working here miserable and I had to leave because I couldn’t stand the disrespect from him. I forgot his name, but he mostly worked night shift. He bullied me and told me that he thought I was inadequate to handle the window, so he made me work in the dining room. Terrible, terrible individual, and like I said, I hope this man got fired because he clearly couldn’t handle the pressure of working in fast food and took his anger out on employees. He would also yell at me in front of the customers, and they would throw sympathetic looks my way. If I knew better at the time, I would have stepped out of that McDonalds and make him short staff for the rest of the night.

The general manager made (emphasis on ‘’made”) him apologize to me, but the damage was done and I was ready to submit my resignation for this job.

Nasty place too. They don’t adequately train employees at the register or the window, so the terrible service isn’t surprising. When I worked here, they had a young girl train me, but she was constantly on her phone and chatting with her other people. I had to teach myself how to operate the screen and register before I left, even though I had no experience operating a cash register before this point. There is no protocol for customer interaction and etiquette. I recommend going to the other McDonalds...

If I could leave negative stars I would! I have been going there for years. It's 1 mile from my home. I have had bad experiences there before but always chalked it up to "bad days, kids working, busy"... etc. Tonight was completely unacceptable. I waited in the drive through for 25 min. Ordered 2 number 2 meals. Nothing special. Paid and they pulled my car and said someone will bring it to me. 20 min later I go in and the guy at the counter says they were waiting on fries .. for 20 min? At least 30 orders went through just the drive through after me. I finally get my food and its bone cold! Fries and all but yet they were waiting on fresh fries??? The kid behind the counter started to get smart with me and then in walks another dude who had his food all messed up. The manager just stood there not saying a word. There is another McDonalds 2 miles down the road in a nicer area and 3 miles the other direction in a very nice neighborhood. Ill drive out of my way to get good service and deal with...
