at new address just moved, my address is 1102 and that is what originally was on their delivery stub. It had been an hour that I was waiting for my delivery. I finally called the store. The lady was extremely nice pleasant easy to talk to. Ended up telling me that 1102 was the wrong address so without even thinking about it I thought oh it must be 1109. I must’ve gotten it wrong once again. It’s a brand new house that I live at easy mistake. This time when they can’t find my address because this time I actually did give them the wrong address they call and I say OK I don’t know what’s going on, but I am at the corner of this street and this street. Getting annoyed at this point because it’s been an hour and a half since I ordered my food originally. The driver comes flying up the road. I wave out him try to get his attention. He comes over keeps staring at my address and I say yeah it’s me. The address is wrong. Something was up with the app Trying to explain the situation, but he continually just kept interrupting me telling me that I had the wrong address that I was wrong and all of this stuff at this point, he’s not listening to me so I said can I just have my pizza and I take the pizza off the top. He then goes you can have a second one if you’d want really rudely I say I just want my original pizza that I ordered an hour and a half ago he then got angry at me stormed off and told me that they are no longer gonna deliver to me. I then called the store Mitch the manager was extremely rude to me. The entire time was frustrated wasn’t trying to listen to me when I tried to explain to him the situation it got to the point where I just asked for a refund. He seemed to not care that his delivery driver told me that they were no longer gonna deliver to me. Read moreTypically the quality of food from the Hoquiam Domino's is pretty good. However, tonight was a let down. Just because you're running a 50% off deal doesn't mean forget half the toppings. Hopefully the Manager or Owner sees this and decides to make it right as this is not their usual quality.
June 2022 update - Domino's has gotten better about proper amount of toppings, but still hit and miss with the sauce on the pizza. It would be nice if they were more consistent with each order. The large dipping sauces are a little light for what you pay in my opinion. But at least it's an option now.
November 2022 - Seems like the great online carry out prices are still hit and miss with the toppings. The new building is nice for sure, even having a TV setup for which which orders are ready or still in the oven is pretty cool before you get inside. But when you're there for carry out and you're order is a minute or two to go and they forget who you are standing in the store so your order waits longer, just an inconvenience even though they strive so hard to make sure a driver is up and ready for that delivery order soon as it's out of the oven. Read moreOff the top of my head, this is the best service I think I have had. I ordered pick up. When I ordered on the app, there is an option for the pizza to be cut in squares. I never had a pizza cut like that. So i decided to give it a shot. I was already driving in the area, so I showed up early to pick up the pizza. I walked up to the counter and gave them my name. The worker told me "Hold on, I have to get my manager from the office. She needs to speak with you.". The manager comes walks up to the counter and tells me "The pizza is done" (The pizza was done about 5 minutes early). She told me "I am so sorry. The worker is new and accidentally cut your pizza in triangles. So I am giving you a voucher for a free pizza the size of your pizza without having to buy anything." I stood there in shock and insisted that I didn't mind about the cut. She told me "What you order is what you get. We mistake made by us is on us. We want our customers leaving the restaurant with exactly what they ordered. If we mess up then you get get a free pizza of your choice." She was manager. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean.
