I went to this particular location across from Walmart when they first opened. I had to wait for over 7 minutes before they would acknowledge me and waited much longer upon ordering before I got my food. There was only 1 car at the window. I ordered a cup of coffee and a egg and sausage biscuit. I found out once I got to my destination that I only got the biscuit with nothing in between!!! The coffee tasted like vinegar. I called the numbers on the receipt. No response. Today (3/9/23), I go back because I didn't bring food with me, so I thought, I'll go to McDonald's enroute to my destination. Upon my arrival, 2 trucks were in front of me and seeing them having to wait, I attempted to go in to order. The lobby was locked, a gentleman appeared to be filling a paper towel dispenser or cleaning up. The paper towels were brown, another employee was asleep in a booth and I didn't see anyone else. The silver truck drove off while the white vehicle stayed. After driving off because the lobby was locked even though the hours on the door stated that the lobby opened at 6am, I drove off. Recently, the dr put me on 2 heart meds, I have to eat or my BP will drop!! It's ashame to hire people who clock in to get a check but refuse to work!! The owner (s), needs new management and new workers. Perhaps, the owner (s), needs to show up unannounced so that they can experience the horrific service that customers are complaining about. I don't need a 3rd experience to have a repeat!! I left my phone number at the 601 area code listed and the 662 area code. No one has reached out to me. Lady at speaker gave us the total & said first window. Pull up to the first window to pay and the girl who doesn't even greet us just ask what did you have. My fiance says the kids meal. She said "we don't have your order, did you order at speaker?" We say yes ma'am, we even rounded up, etc. She then shuts the window, walks away for maybe 3-4 minutes, comes back, & said it will be $6.31. Not a rounded up amount. My fiance hands her the card to pay, she takes it, and I said hey ma'am, did that include the large Coke? She said no, shuts window, and swiped card. Never asked what exactly we ordered since the order "disappeared". I'm trying to keep my cool at this point just in case something happens to my nephew's meal. We just say thanks & move on to the pickup window. It's a young man & he never even greeted us. Hands over the meal & a fruit punch drink. I advised it was supposed to be sprite. He took the drink back and gives Sprite. I opened the kids meal & it had BBQ sauce. I just say hey let's go at this point. Even told them thank you. The whole experience was just bad due to customer service. I understand tech mishaps, accidents, etc happen but it was truly an easy fix! The fact that they customer service is terrible! Every 👏🏼 Single 👏🏼 Order 👏🏼 has had something wrong with it. Since the first order I made was less than a month after opening, I'll omit that one. My order before the one I got over the last weekend was a couple of mcgriddles and hash browns I ordered through the app. The egg on the mcgriddles was COLD and my order clearly sat on the rack for a while. Anytime I order takeout, I transport with hot bags.. The image was immediately after opening. The last time we visited, the third time, half of our order was missing and my fries were just thrown into the bag... Like, dumped into the bag, thrown. We ordered a double cheeseburger medium combo meal, 10pc chicken nuggets, medium caramel frappe, 4 buffalo sauce, 4 ranch, 4 honey mustard, and an apple fritter. What we were given was the burger, fries, nuggets, 3 buffalo, 4 ranch, 2 sweet and sour sauce 🤢, and 2 bbq sauce.. They told us the frappe machine was down, that's fine. I am well aware the sauces is nitpicking but I have a hard time swallowing food (due to a medical condition) without some kind of moisture; which comes from condiments. There was a nice lady in the lobby that was apparently another employee off the clock. She was super nice and told the other employees to give us a large fry to compensate.
