Arby's — Restaurant in Hot Springs

IF YOU’RE A VISITING TOURIST, THERE’S NO GUARANTEE OF DINIING IN HERE.

I took this location off of my vacation restaurant list. Last time I ate here the food, staff and service was great. This second time a few months later, we wanted to come back. Since we’re 8 hours from home and there’s no place in our hotel room to eat, we relied on their nice clean dining room back in July. This time Oct 3, we arrived at 4:45 to dine in via a prepaid mobile order only to find the lobby door locked with a sign indicating the lobby was closed due to staff issue. We were forced to pickup in the drive thru and eat in the parking lot. Not a big deal until I got out of the car to throw away the trash and brush out the car that we never eat in when I noticed somebody unlocking and letting in a few customers at the exact time we were done. If there’s a staff issue, be 100% open or 100% closed. I’m suspicious if the lobby was closed to save non-rush mid afternoon staffing costs.

Good food and service. Clean and full condiment station too. The roast beef here is fresh and tender; unlike some locations in other cities that are chewy or give you the heel of the cut. I will definitely keep this location in the maps for...

Let me start by saying this is NOT how I feel about Arby's in general! Actually, they're one of my favorite places to grab something quick to eat, USUALLY, but not this particular store. This was my 3rd time to try them and all 3 times have been just horrible so it's time to tell Google. This branch must not be up to the same standards as others in the area. The fries always taste like they've been sitting under a warmer for days. None of the food is ever is hot. And don't ever leave without checking your order because it will be screwed up. Oh, and make sure you get plenty of napkins because they don't make sandwiches. If you order a beef and cheddar, they're gonna take the wrapper, lay it down and put a bun on it, put some meat on it (not on the bun necessarily as long as it's in the wrapper), and pour on some cheese and wad it up and throw it in the bag. Oh, and do yourself a favor, do NOT get ice...

not only did my order cost 30 dollars i had to check my order to see if it was correct and it wasnt....i had to ask for my cheesesticks......then after 10 mintues of waiting i had to back up to the window and ask for my cheesesticks again....and when i asked for ranch the girl working said i already gave him ranch....first off the customer wants ranch so give up the ranch.....you dont have to buy it.....and second of all ...could you move any slower to the fridge to get my ranch......if i was the owner or a secret shopper i would fire or fail everyone there.......i should have went out to eat for the same price and a lot better service.....i know its fast food and you hate your job but at least smile and move like your not all pilled out...
