My daughter has had her braces less than a year and has had several brackets come off. They always seem to be in a big hurry to get her in and out. Quantity not quality is our experience at this orthodontist. Another issue I have encountered is that they took out two payments in one month and then my bank charged an overdraft fee, which never would have occurred if they hadn’t taken out twice in the month of July. It took a week to get my money put back in my account, and over a month for them to mail a check for the overdraft fee. Not to mention calling numerous times to get it straightened out. Now, I am getting a letter stating I’m 45 days behind on payment, when my account is actually current. I have not been satisfied with this orthodontist at all. I would highly recommend going...

Our initial experience was good until time for my son's braces to come off. Do to a sensor disorder the tray and material used to make the mold for the retainer he can not do. They do not offer an alternative. They used a bar retainer which came loose before we could make it to the car. They replied the side that came loose that day and now several weeks later my son's teeth have spread back apart. I have called to get him in and can not even get a return call. I have made an appointment with another orthodontist an I am still making payments in his braces. I am not happy. This morning the retain broke that's attached tot he back of his teeth and began poking him after several messages and speaking to the front desk we still can't get...

My daughter dreaded going due to past visits at other places. She loves this place. The staff was welcoming & friendly! They were on top of things which meant no long wait time waiting to be seen. They got us right on back in under 5 minutes. They are VERY kid friendly & extremely gentle & made my daughter feel comfortable & at ease with them. Micah couldn't of made our experience any better!! She's def a very valuable asset to Westrock. She explained everything in detail & covered all aspects to where I had zero questions afterwards. They offer multiple payment plans & even gave us a discount of $800 off!! I can't say enough positive things...
