Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hot Springs

With prices as high as they are for this food, I wish they would just make the food CORRECTLY. One item was a beefy melt burrito with no red strips. Got to eating it, and there was a GLOB of sour cream in the first bite, all piled at one end. Upon opening the burrito, there was no nacho sauce and a sprinkle of meat and a ton of rice. The quesadilla ordered wasn't even really cut into four pieces, just half of one cut in the center. Which isn't too big of a deal, but come on, if I'm paying for a $6 quesadilla with a stale toritilla and almost no chicken, it least it can be cut. And they forgot our chips and cheese. Complete waste of a meal and money. I honestly blame myself because this is not the first bad experience I've had with this location, I simply stop here for pure convenience. And heaven forbid THEY forget something you ordered and PAID for, then they get an attitude with you when you come back and ask for what you paid for. Makes perfect sense. Cashier named Gentry should really consider a job change... Went to get some late night snacks😄 and was met with the ugliest attitude I have ever seen... When ordering I was told the did not have what I wanted anymore, so I had to change my mind and decided to order the new box they offer... I was then mocked and made fun of. When I made it to the window I asked for her name. And was answered wit. "If I wanted you to know my name I would be wearing a name tag. The customer us not always right you need to get it together." I have never in my life been met with so much attitude in my life... THIS IS FOR GENTRY, WHEN YOU WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY ONE THING YOU NEED TO ALWAYS REMEMBER, YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS REVENUE. They're terrible I placed the order through DoorDash and my dad sure was there within 5 minutes nine cars ahead of her when she got to the window they pulled her forward and she waited for my food until they actually brought it out to her I commend my dasher on that but there was people leaving people cussing people honking they took their phone off the hook so they couldn't get any phone calls it's the worst Taco Bell in Hot springs do not go here do not order from here it's not worth it I am adding to my review the general manager at this location is completely rude he has called me a bum looking for free food when he clearly messed up my order saying he made it himself so he knew it was right and I was pretty much just a their.
