I am a daily customer and sometimes twice daily! I have had several interactions, both inside and through the drive through. I travel for work and I hit Starbucks everywhere I go. I have been on a long term assignment here in Hot springs for over a year and I must say, one of the shift managers here are absolutely out of their element! Her name is Diane, I believe. At least that is the name one of the employees gave me last week! They were having a rough day and I came through the drive through to pick up my daily mobile order. When I finally made it to the window, 20 minutes later, the attendant handed me one of my espresso shots and I was waiting on my other drink when she asked me if there were anything else I needed, I simply stated that I was waiting on my other drink. She turned to her right to ask someone and this horrible woman yelled at her, saying, she will just have to wait , ITS NOT READY! I was floored! Apparently so was the drive through attendant because she apologized and asked me to go park in front. I kindly obliged. I sat there for an additional 22 minutes and called inside. The same drive though attendant apologized saying they had forgotten but would be out shortly. After another 15 minutes, I went inside. The shift manager, Diane, was still on a power trip. I waited my turn and asked if they could please get my drink so I wasn’t later for work. They did. Diane brought my drink and sat it down hastily, she rolled her eyes and stomped back to her station barking at the employees. The point of my post is to bring awareness. Since I have been to many Starbucks in my travels, they are the first people I see of a morning. Starbucks employees have always exhibited and maintained positive, upbeat personalities ! That is why I come there and continue to pay $10-$20 per day for my coffee! That experience! This has not been just one bad day, no, this person almost seems as tho she is forced...

Read moreThis has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to and trust me I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks all over the US!!! The ladies at the counter welcome all who enter and say good bye to all who leave! They are genuinely happy to be at work!!! Their lovely smiles say it all!!! I am just blown away with the atmosphere in here! I would definitely tell Starbucks head quarters that they need to come to this facility to see how it’s should be operated all over the US because as Starbucks drinkers know there are very unhappy Starbucks stores out there!! This experience has been amazing… right now an employee is going around handing out sample of their new drink. Too bad I live 7 hours away or this would be my official Starbucks!!!! Way to go to the staff who work here!! You rock!!! Keep on being happy and...
