AWARENESS CONFIRM ORDER CONTENTS EVERY VISIT Albert Pike @ Airport Location regularly fails to check customer orders for accuracy before presenting you a completed and sealed order with receipt. Most often the receipt is correct though the contents & individual components are either completely absent, incorrectly built, & is affirmed on the printed receipt confirming the order was received properly & you're charged accordingly. Sadly, the food customer service and most especially the management fails to live up to the Wendy's Brand Standard. I haven’t any contact from messages left at the phone number printed on the receipt or from the area offices regarding my most recent F rated order. Just answering machines with unreturned calls. No one cares. SO… SKIP WENDY'S ALBERT PIKE, if you're hungry & accustomed to the International Wendy's Brand. CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE ANNOYANCE. Read moreSo I arrived at Wendy's today and notice the lobby was shut down, I seen a bunch of cars in the drive thru. I get in the drive thru and quickly make it to the speaker. I had 4 separate orders, typically most places complain, but they took all my orders with ease! I got around the the window and the manager starts collecting my money for each order. I asked why the lobby was down and she said "I'm not going to overwork my employees. I have 4 people who have showed." They gave me a drink carrier, put all the individual receipts in each back with the proper food order to make it easier on me, and then the put all the separate bags in one big bag making it easier on me to carry. The lady making the drinks and taking orders smiled and waved at me. This was some of the best service I have had at a fast food establishment. The manager was working the drive thru helping her team, everyone was extremely pleasant! I hope they see this because they were slammed and everything about my experience was amazing even though they were very short staffed!...
Read moreThis place is a major joke. I cane thru the drivethru and ordered 7 breakfast baconators and 6 of the new breakfast potatoe wedges. I got all the way home and seen I only had 3 of the sandwiches. I reached out calm and collected to retrieve my families meals. They proceeded to let me talk to the gm. The gm couldn’t handle customer confrontation so puts the cook on the phone. She proceeded to call me a lier. And that she personally bagged that food. I have been in this business for a long time. I’m not a free loader. I don’t drive around to get free stuff. Obviously I have money. I just dropped almost $50 dollars to get what I wanted. And all I wanted was the rest of my order.
