7-5-25 NEW REVIEW! the snoballs are VERY GOOD! The service is many times slow, because of long lines. But!! The employees at the window are always THE BEST!! They do their VERY BEST!! the snowballs are very good and the foods Ive eaten have been very good too! The service is pretty fast depending on the time of day. And ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. They always have gotten my order right too. I would recommend others to try it out! We always enjoy what ever we order here! 😄👍🏼

7-28-23 Stopped by Brookes. Nicole is an awesome employee! Super fast and friendly. Sometimes there can be a little wait time. But its WORTH the wait! Still a little pricey but WORTH the price. Everything I have tried is always very good. Oh I do wished the customers knew how to drive up through the drive thru. There are 3 lanes. But as I have often experienced, most don’t realize its set up as 3 lanes and you yield into the lane in order as you get there . Well we stood in line at window for 15 minutes in 100° weather sun beaming on us. When we get to window and order our total was $7.50. We then questioned about the price. The cashier said they changed the prices just recently. The prices outside the window was cheaper than the prices she had rung me up for 2 snowballs. We declined to purchase the snowballs due to the manager not changing the price to the correct price. We felt like we were not served honestly and even though it did not matter the price, it was the principle of it all. Absolutely horrible experience today. My husband went to get us snowballs a hamburger and a poboy. He was made to wait on the food, no big deal. However they made the snowballs first and they melted all over his car, now he has to wait another extended period of time to remake the snowball. Business protocol needs to change. The snowballs and cold items should be made after the hot food. We may never go back to be honest, there are literally 5 other snowball stands near by.

UPDATE** My husband got home with the food and it's worse than I thought. My poboy has about 5 shrimp on it and there's only about 10-15 fries in my plate. We will DEFINITELY not...
