I ordered Thailand sour plum drink, fried chicken gizzards sticky rice and Tre. Fried chicken gizzards sticky rice: very generous toppings, gizzards was tasty and also you can’t smell the gizzards at all. I’m very picky when it comes to intestines, this place did pretty good job. Tre: like a papaya salad along with pork ears (first time trying it), very little toppings but lot of papaya, I like the dressing though, it was sour and creamy. Thailand sour plum drink: it’s sour, tangy, salty at the same time, it was nice combinations. Plenty parking, there’s around 4,5 tables to sit. It was quite busy during lunch, but food came out pretty fast as well. Staff was friendly enough to help me pick out my drink. P/S: they’re closed their kitchen on Thursday so only drinks, I had to come second time to try their menu. But definitely will be back to try some more. Not to mention, their decor are very calming...
Read moreCame for drinks after having lunch. Followed the sign on the building but after parking and heading to there I was a bit disoriented because the door had no signage. It was all covered with wooden slats and just the "open" sign. I hesitantly opened the door and found a bustling bubble tea shop within. Did not try any food but the drinks were very good. Their pearl balls are huge! I liked the cheesy pandan jelly pearls and the aloe vera toppings but the black pearls I did not like. It had a hint of an eastern medicinal taste to it that turned me off on it. Definitely did not taste like the usual tapioca pearls. I like the vibe of the place. Good for friends to meet and enjoy a drink and catch up on conversations. The counter staff was also attentive and ready to take orders and drinks did not take too long to come out considering how busy the place was while...
Read moreDrinks are very mediocre and nothing really special, but my total came to be almost 28$ for just 3 drinks?! Not to mention how unprofessional the workers were. My friends and I came in hoping to support a new business. After taking a sip, my friend found her drink to be very off tasting and we all agreed. She took her drink back up to the counter and told the worker that her drink didn’t taste right. Instead of just redoing her drink right away, the worker took a spoon, and took my friend’s drink to taste it right in front of her. After telling my friend that it tasted fine, she proceeded to ask her coworkers to taste the drink as well. My friends and I are not confrontational whatsoever, but even after a couple of hours of leaving this place, we are still very appalled by what their reaction. We are never...
