Discovering Mì By Night has been an absolute delight! This newly opened Vietnamese restaurant is a gem, perfect for those late-night cravings for some authentic Vietnamese noodles. One of the most impressive features is their operating hours, which extend well past midnight, a rarity among noodle soup shops that typically close by 7 PM.

On my first visit, I found them through Google, and everything about the place was quite charming. The service was exceptional; the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant experience.

We tried the dry noodles with soup on the side, featuring rich, tender chicken. Although the chicken wasn’t as flavorful as I’d hoped, its texture was excellent, and the soup accompanying it was delicious. As an appetizer, we had the pork ton, which was pre-marinated in soup, allowing us to use it to enhance the flavor of the dry noodles.

Another standout dish was the Chinese-style combination stir-fry with clear noodles. This unique noodle dish was generously portioned and packed with flavors, making it a satisfying choice.

Mì By Night also boasts an extensive beverage menu, adding to the overall experience. Unlike other Vietnamese noodle shops, they specialize in a variety of noodle dishes, offering numerous options to choose from.

Stopped in for a first time visit after a quick google search for pho! From the outside we almost thought it was more of a bar scene based on the louder music.. however, after getting inside it had a super quaint cafe feel. Our server was super attentive and quick, plus was the only one waiting tables (that I really noticed) There were 4 of us- 3 got pho, one with beef, one with chicken, and then one with brisket and meatballs, and one of us got #46- which was a clear noodle dish, stir fried with bok choy, onion, some kind of mushroom, and chicken. Every single dish was absolutely delicious! Tasted fresh, and the portions were large! We also had black tea and jasmine mix herbal tea Prices are average. Considering the flavor, quality, freshness, and overall experience it’s a great price per person. I’ve definitely paid more for less enthusing meals! I took my family here on 01/26/2024 and completely regretted it. We ordered 2 orders of dry noodles with crispy roast pork and 2 orders of pho. My wife and kids recently immigrated from Saigon. The kids ordered the pho and both of them said there was something off with the broth. My wife ate her noodles and about half hour on our way home to east Montgomery, she got violently sick and was throwing up. I luckily only maybe 2 bites of my food and took the rest home. A red flag was the way the different servers came by checking on us to see if the food was ok and the length of time it took to get our food after ordering. One of the servers did offer to watch our 2 yr old so I could eat but I passed. There were not many customers in the restaurant since it was later in the afternoon.
